Front desk not very accommodating. Cleaning staff very helpful.

Nice that it was close to underground station..........

The hotel was lovely, the coffee and snacks in the lobby were convenient. The room was nice. The gym was small but not crowded. The restaurant was really cool. My only concern was that on orbitz it said the hotel has parking, IT DOES NOT! That was literally our reason for selecting this hotel, so it was very frustrating and disappointing to find out once we got there that there was no parking at all!

great hotel. i recommend booking a room larger than the cheapest option -- superior w/kitchenette was very comfortable. bonus - having a microwave and fridge was great because i self-cater dinner meals. frankly, a microwaveable meal from waitrose competes with half the restos in london so why bother going out?

Great amenities, clean, contemporary, updated rooms. Rooms are small, bed right next to the door allowed light and noise from hall into sleeping area. Would still recommend overall

The hotel is close to many landmarks in London. Loved the location. They have snacks for you to take at any time during the day, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We got there at 10:30 am and they luckily had our room ready, so that was a plus!!! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everything was good!!!!

Nice, clean room. Hotel is located walking distance to the Metro station and very reasonably priced for the area.

The hotel was lovely -- comfortable, great service, and a convenient location

Great amenities, nice lounge and spacious rooms with all the needed comforts.

Nice hotel centrally located. Near Monument tube station. Great pub right next door with full breakfast for 5 pounds. Good value. Rooms are small but certainly adequate. Coffee in the room as well as complimentary coffee in the lobby. I enjoyed everything about the hotel except for one thing. I found the rooms noisy. The hotel room doors are not at all sound proof. In the night I could hear people talking in the hallway. I could also hear everyone's door close when they went back to their room.

Really enjoyed our short stay at Club Quarters. The only problem was that we didn't stay longer. We'd certainly consider staying here in the future. Our room was very comfortable with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. The room also included a kitchenette and a great work desk.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. The ro was quite and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Better than I had hoped for and great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the room's modern feel. Great view of London, with easy access to London bridge, Eye, and Uber pickup and drop off.

I was really impressed with the service at the front desk. I needed info regarding public transportation and how to use it. Everyone was friendly and most helpful. I loved the beverage area and glad that coffee and water was available. We loved the London tour and found it interesting and informative. Hopefully we can return again.

The room was nice and clean and was spacious. Hotel and surrounding areas are pretty quiet especially during the weekend. However, a lot of restaurants and stores are closed on the weekend this area mainly had business offices. The metro isn't far though and neither are the walks if you want to head to the next neighborhood for a bite. Complementary water bottles, tea, and coffee which is nice.

we really enjoyed our stay. So convenient to Monument and Bank tube station. Great Pub next door, great brunch at a restaurant down the street, The Follies. Wonderful location.

Very clean, friendly staff, and nice bar/restaurant attached.. Would definatly stay here again for the price..

This place is great. For the price you get a lot ! Its close to trains, buses, cabs, shops, food, etc... The hotel is nice and clean and you get a number of complimentary services.
