The Neighborhood:
Southfields is a lovely residential district of Southwest London. Nestled next to Earlsfield, with trendy bars and restaurants centred on the beating heart of the neighbourhood, Garratt Lane, and just North of Wimbledon Park, guests will find inviting green spaces and a friendly community spirit. Southfields is a great base for guests visiting London for Wimbledon. For several weeks in the summer the tennis takes over, and from Southfields, guests can walk to the famous tournament in 20 minutes.

The nearby River Wandle offers lovely walks, cycle rides and pubs.

Just around the corner, the high street has a quaint village feel, with cafes, restaurants and small businesses providing all of the essentials.

Getting Around:
Just around the corner you have Southfields tube station. The station is situated between East Putney and Wimbledon Park on the Wimbledon branch of the District line. Southfields is the main London Underground station for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. A five-minute walk takes spectators from Southfields Tube down Wimbledon Park Road to the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

Southfields is served by bus routes 39 (Clapham Junction to Putney Bridge), 493 (Tooting Broadway to Richmond) and 156 (Vauxhall to Wimbledon).
