Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, this property did not match what was represented in the listing. The address/location provided at check-in materially differed from what was shown in the VRBO posting, which was a major concern.We arrived around 11 p.m. with children and found piles of trash outside the building. Inside the property, there were visible holes and patchwork in the walls, mildew beginning to form around the windows/window casings, and the unit did not appear to be properly cleaned.I reported the issues to the host immediately, including the condition of the property and the location/address discrepancy. After that, the host stopped responding and did not provide a resolution. I also reported the issue to VRBO and provided supporting evidence.Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property, especially for families or anyone expecting the location and condition to match the listing.
