Cons: House cleaning needs improvement. House cleaning spilled chips on the door and didn’t clean it up. They also threw away snack bags that were half eaten but stowed away properly. The television Sky Sports cable box didn’t work a couple times and we had to reboot a couple times. The bathroom ceiling was bubbling and peeling. The bed need to be replaced as the springs are worn in the mattress. Pros: Water pressure was great. Reception and concierge were very friend and helpful. The area is very hip and busy but in the room there was no outside noise. Location is great for proximity to Oxford Circus and Picadilly Circus Lines. There are a lot of awesome restaurants nearby.

I was upgraded to a king suite upon arrival free of charge which I thought was nice. However, once I got to the room the disappointment started. Instead of a king bed there were two twin beds with a kind sheet on top and the heat and lights did not work. The concierge made me wait an hour in the room with no heat to make sure that it did not work before being willing to switch me to a new room. Once he did the new room had heat but no lamps, no iron, and no washcloths. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was also peeling horribly. He told me that they did not have washcloths in the hotel at all and then brought me the hotels only iron which did not have steam (I didn’t even know they made irons with no steam). This hotel was a disaster and I would not recommend this to anyone. If this hotel was in the states it would be a 3.5 star hotel on its best day. There are thousands of hotels in London. Avoid this one at all costs.

Staffs doesn't help you with your luggage, you have to drags them up and down the stairs. They don't help you to get a taxi as well, I have to drag my luggage to the main road to get a taxi. Room is old not clean, towels are very dirty. Bed and pillows are very hard. this is my second time here in this hotel but I'm not coming back.

Nice location, right next to Liberty store, Carnaby street and Oxford Circus train stations. Room size is good, bathroom size is good. Bed is really bad, my bed Sunked in, they told me it's a queen bed, but actually two twin size look a like Matress put in one bed box. Pillows suck! My bathroom toilet leaks... all other are ok. Bell boys service is really bad, I wanna give him tips anyway but he doesn't offer to give me any help, I still have tips to make him feel bad. After that he offer to help me with my luggages.

Room keys did not work, everyday I had to get the key updated. Excellent location, room small
