The staff/service was excellent. Upon check-in we were escorted to our room whereupon we were shown all that our room offered -- discreetly hidden stocked refrigerator, bedside consoles to operate everything from lighting to temperature from bed, etc. There is also a wall keypad to operate everything the consoles provide and a button to alert housekeeping to make-up your room -- as well as a button to reach your butler should you need anything. Linens were excellent, bed extremely comfortable and room was incredibly spacious. Turndown service included fresh fruit and popcorn (perfect for my 11 year old). We received a hand written thank you note for choosing their hotel and there was a complimentary bottle of wine on the desk upon our arrival. Many thanks to the entire staff for an excellent stay, and to Greg (the general manager) for making sure it was so!

Very accommodating. They made sure I had a room made up free of down as requested and even allowed me to make a few last minute changes to my reservation. Didn't have time to go out for dinner the first night so we just ate at the restaurant downstairs and what an awesome surprise. The food was really amazing and creative. The location was perfect, too. Such an enjoyable experience all around. I'm already hoping to stay there on my next visit and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excelente habitación, personal muy atento, hablan español. Ubicado en un sector tranquilo, pero cerca de metro.

We've now stayed at the Halkin in Belgravia three times over the past five years, and each experience has been first class all the way. The hotel is on a beautiful, quiet street, but within walking distance of Knightsbridge, Hyde Park, the V&A and some quaint shopping and dining areas that are off the tourist routes. The rooms are adequate in size, and well decorated in a sleek style with all the technology you could want (including built-in U.S. and European electric outlets). Nice size bathrooms with plenty of counter space and COMO products. The staff is very helpful and always available. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant are excellent. It's become our go-to hotel in London. The Piccadilly Underground line is a block away, and gives direct access to Covent Garden, Oxford Circus and St. Pancras.

Convenient location for walking, bus and tube. Great shopping and close to Hyde Park, Victoria Station and other points of interest. The Halkin was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Free WiFi !!! Also complimentary champagne on Christmas. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is my favorite hotel in all of London. Used it as a base, had wifi, was central, love it.

Great room, great staff -- very helpful and friendly!

Knowledgable staff, great concierges, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Easy two-block walk to Hyde Park tube, Six blocks to Victoria Station. Knightsbridge and Mayfair shopping and restaurants close by.

The location is perfect. About a 5 minute walk to Hyde Park corner tube station. Within walking distance from Harrods and all the great stores on that strip. A perfect place to stay to have peaceful nights. We only visited the hotel restaurant for Breakfast, and that was excellent. The staff was top notch, incredibly professional with superb attention to detail. Definitely a treat to stay there. There is a Starbucks and a Waitrose grocery store within a 4 minute walk. There is also a Boots 'chemist' (pharmacy) within 4 minutes, although that particular Boots was extremely over priced compared to other Boots within the city. Have to assume that is because of the neighborhood it is in. Lots of pricey Boutiques close by.

Superb Service. The internet died for the entire area around the hotel (Thanks British Telecom). The concierge immediately arranged a wireless internet service and delivered it to the room.
