Where to start? The photos featured on Expedia which purport to be the hotel are not the hotel. You will be staying on the fourth floor of the dive in picture 20 something. The internet doesn’t work. The television doesn’t work. There is no parking. There is no dryer. There is no bed bigger than a double bed. The couch does not pull out. The couch does have cigarette burns. The hallways do have mousetraps. The bathroom does have burnt out lightbulbs and the kitchen light fixture does sport one of three functioning lightbulbs. The property owners do ignore your calls. The bathroom wall does have a small hole in it. The shower door does fall off the track, and the pots and pans do have some sort of dried crust in them. But other than that the location was good.

Apartment doesn't live up to the location

The provision of keys was a bit of a nightmare and there is a broken window on the landing, there is an alarm in the hallway that beeps continuously. The location is great but the facilities are pretty poor all things considered.

Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Check-in war früher möglich. Sehr hilfreiches, nettes Personal. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Anfangs ging kein Licht, wir haben den Stromkasten aber schnell im Treppenhaus gefunden und konnten die Sicherung selbst wieder rein machen.

Nous avons dû nettoyer l'ensemble de la vaisselle dont nous avions besoin avant de l'utiliser : la vaisselle était rangée dans les placards mais avec de grosses traces de gras et de nourriture collée !! Wifi inexistant : nous avons pu nous connecter sur le wifi privé (mot de passe fourni) mais le wifi n'ayant pas de bande passante, impossible de se connecter à internet en l'utilisant ! Un seul chauffage qui fonctionne pour tout l'appartement : celui de la salle de bain / toilettes qui chauffait au maximum (impossible de le régler). Le locket d'une des fenêtres coulissante est arraché donc impossible de vérouiller cette fenêtre. N'importe qui peut donc rentrer dans l'appartement en soulevant cette fenêtre (même si l'appartement est au 3ème étage c'est relativement facile via la cour intérieure). Très mauvaise isolation des vieilles fenêtres à la fois thermique et acoustique : vous profitez pleinement de tous les bruits de la ville donc bonne chance pour dormir ! La porte ne ferme pas à clef : il y a un locket en bas de porte mais la clef pour fermer ce locquet de l'extérieur n'est pas fournie !!! Ce ne sont que les points négatifs principaux mais il y en a d'autres ! Seul point positif : l'emplacement, à 2 pas de Baker Street En conclusion : la prestation fournie est très très loin de celle à laquelle nous nous attendions au regard du prix payé !

Positiv ist die Lage, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Underground Station Baker Street. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Unterkunft selbst war deutlich schlechter als erwartet und als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Wir hatten das City Apartment mit mehreren Betten gebucht. Es befindet sich im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, was ok ist, man sollte es aber vielleicht wissen. Wir hatten einen Kinderwagen dabei, den man im super engen Hausflur nirgends abstellen konnte und so mussten wir ihn immer rauf und runter tragen. Es gibt zwei sehr kleine Schlafzimmer mit je ca. 1,40 m breiten Betten. Sie sind bequem, die Rahmen aus Stoff sind aber verschmutzt und daher nicht gerade einladend. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer, die eine zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit sein soll, sieht aus wie vom Sperrmüll, hat Brandlöcher und ist total schmutzig. Die kleine Küche ist ganz ok ausgestattet, die Töpfe waren bei unserer Ankunft aber total dreckig. Es gab Spülmittel, aber kein Geschirrtuch. Laut Beschreibung hat die Wohnung Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen Trockner gibt es aber nicht, auch keine Wäscheleine. Auch das angeblich vorhandene Duschgel und Shampoo fehlt und es gibt keine Handtuchhalter. Der Kühlschrank ist alt und schließt nicht mehr richtig. Der W-Lan Code ist in der Wohnung nirgends zu finden und nach der Schlüsselübergabe um 16.00 Uhr war bis zum nächsten Tag niemand zu erreichen. W-Lan funktionierte dann auch eher schlecht ab dem nächsten Tag.

Nelle foto della struttura la casa sembra ampia e nuova, in realtà è vecchia, non curata, fatiscente molto sporca. Le stanze nelle foto proposte sono molto più ampie che nella realtà. La cucina è inutilizzabile per la sporcizia, il divano è lurido. Ci sono pezzi di raccordo in alluminio tra i pavimenti che si staccano e sporgono e sono pericolosi per i bambini. La casa è al quarto piano senza ascensore con tipica scalinata inglese stretta e scomoda. Nessun problema per la consegna delle chiavi

Good area, close to shopping, but very dirty place

Very good area and very close downtown. It is a big apartment perfect for four persons. The quality of the apartment is bad. The whole apartment smells sewers. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and I asked to get it fixed three times without any results from the owner (attached picture was how it looked like during the whole stay). The apartment is dirty and the beds are old and stinky, serious upgrades are needed.

Não fique neste apartamento! Propaganda enganosa, apartamento de horrível acesso, apartamento antigo, falta água, não tem wifi! As camas são para quem tem 1,50m, maior que isso não consegue dormir. As fotos não condizem com a realidade do apartamento. Antes de chegar no apartamento o proprietário conversa com os hóspedes, após ele não responde mais e nem atende ligações.

Es wird auf dem Hauptbild nicht die Unterkunft gezeigt, sondern es ist die Ansicht der Seitenstraße. Unterkunft ist viel weniger dekorativ. Das Haus ist sehr schmal. Das App. liegt im 3. OG. Altes Schließsystem - nur 1 Schlüssel für 6 Personen. Auszugsofa (berechnet für 2 Personen sehr eng) schmutzig.
