Underfloor heating, and a wine cooler add luxury notes, complemented by fine contemporary art. The apartment comprises 2 large double bedrooms, 1 of them with en-suite bathroom, a separate family bathroom and a spacious open plan reception room with a fully integrated kitchen. Wifi is available in all rooms.

Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located near several public transport options. The Shoreditch High Street bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, while Shoreditch High Street Tube station is a 3-minute walk. For those needing access to the wider London transport network, both Liverpool Street and Old Street stations are approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in:

-You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Additional charges may apply if you check-in later than the scheduled time.



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 10:00 PM.



- Baby cot has small charge of £15 inc VAT per stay

- Extra Bed is £35 inc VAT per stay



For security reasons:

- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

- We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you cannot be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.



Interaction with Guests:

We are usually available to welcome guests upon arrival, offering a personal introduction to the apartment and the surrounding local area. We are glad to answer any questions you might have about the property or the neighborhood. If a personal welcome is not feasible, we will arrange a remote check-in process to ensure a smooth arrival. We are readily reachable via the channel messaging system throughout your stay and strive to respond to inquiries within an hour. We also provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to enhance your experience.
