It’s a little tired around the edges (carpet, wall scuffs both in public areas and the room) but for the price it was good value. The bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom too, good wifi and kettle and coffee/tea was nice to have. It was quiet and I had a good nights sleep. I’d definitely stay here again for a quick overnight in London.

The hotel is situated well for the river taxi and tube station. We found the location perfect. The staff are super friendly. Cleanliness needs attention. However, the bed, sheets and pillows were all clean. It suited us as the price is good. You sort of must know for that price it won't be the ritz. Nice hot shower too.

The staff presence was minimal. Several lights weren't working in the bathroom and ceiling. The large mirror on the only wardrobe door was cracked in two. Although the hotel didn't specify food, several of the photos in the web site gallery showed the dining area. One in particular plainly showed a table with a breakfast menu on it. When I asked reception on the first morning about breakfast they said that they didn't do food, but there was plenty of breakfast venues around, there wasn't!

I had been diagnosed with cancer and 4 months before my stay I had tried to contact the hotel to explain my solution and to see if they could do a partial refund and it also ment the could resell the room. I offered to show DRs letters but they didn’t not respond to anything of my communication.
