We had 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 single for our teenage daughter. The single was small but worked great for her. Our double was on the top floor which did require a flight of stairs above the top floor of the incredibly small elevator. The hotel is nice, spacious and comfortable. There was free breakfast delivered to the rooms and afternoon tea. The bar is self serve and you just note what you drink. Bottled water was free. The location is 2 blocks from Harrods which is a blessing and a curse. Traffic was very heavy in the area but you can walk to the Piccadilly line 2 blocks away and be in Covent Garden in 15 minutes.

Found this little hotel a jewel-- in my favorite neighborhood, Very attractive rooms, incredibly kind staff, coffee and tea available without extra charge all day, bar in evening. There is not a large main lobby, more like a person's living room, but felt fresh and cosy. Was in Lindon for a book fair and this was a dream after some days in convention hotel.

It was a lovely stop for me before I moved into student housing. I wish I could have stayed there instead. My room was upgraded to a double bed room which was amazing. The cream tea and scones were delicious, I'm just a little disappointed that my scones were small so I had to waste the delicious clotted cream! The complimentary bar was a little awkward. I didn't end up using it because I didn't want to stay in the front area to drink my drink. So I ended up passing on it. Although a bottle of wine to my room would have been awesome instead. However, I definitely enjoyed my stay, and the staff were so kind. The bellhop managed to carry my 45ish kilo bags up the stairs with no problem. Jeebus.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel - very comfortable room - excellent location (1 1/2 blocks from Harrod's). From the moment we arrived until our departure the hotel Staff from the front desk, porter and housekeeping were wonderful and very helpful. We arranged a tour. The front desk not only printed off our tour documents they also called to confirm the tour. The daily afternoon tea and scones were a delight. The evening bar service was a bonus - we really enjoyed the champagne. The hotel recommended restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. They were right on with their recommendations. The front desk set up transportation to the airport. The driver showed up in a Mercedes and was on time, We will be back to the Beaufort. It is a home away from home.

It was ok The room as too small and the upgrade quiet expensive. Family oriented

no charge room service tea and coffee 24 hrs a day. cream tea in afternoon and alcohol during evening are included too. staff cares. great location. charming.

Rooms are tight but comfortable-great location and wonderful staff--can't wait to return!

Great place if you want a good location and don't mind a small room. Lovely staff with free bar in the pm and tea in the afternoon. Will keep returning .

My mum, brother and I loved our stay at the Beaufort! The location made it so easy to get around, yet the hotel was really quiet and peaceful to return to at the end of the day. As we had separate rooms, it was really nice to be able to come together in the lounge and enjoy free drinks and snacks each night. The room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The Beaufort Hotel has an excellent customer service. The staffs are very polite, nice and hospitable. They made our stay there very relaxing and worry free. The location is great. It's just two blocks away from Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube station. It's close to the hop-on hop-off stops. There were many restaurants across the street. It's also just a few blocks from Sloane Street. You feel safe walking around the area even at late at night. We got the Deluxe Room, which has a King size bed and a pull-out sofa bed. It's quite roomy. Our room is cleaned and stocked up everyday. It was just inconvenient to have to go through the stairs and doors just to get to your room. The staffs are very helpful and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They helped us look for restaurants and arrange our transport to/from the hotel. They were serving scones that are super delicious, unlimited coffee and tea (24x7) and open bar in the evening with a great selection of liquors, wine and champagne and unlimited sodas and juices. They don't have a restaurant onsite, but you can order through them and it'll be delivered to your room. I will definitely come back and stay here again next time I'm in London.

Very fine place to stay. One limitation was the two person elevator.

The staff at the Beaufort Hotel went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. The complimentary cream tea 3-5pm, alcohol 3-11pm and the tea, coffee and soft drinks anytime of day was such a treat! The location is amazing, less than 5 min walk from Harrods and the Knightsbridge underground train station. We had a ball luxuriating and it was still really good value. Highly recommended!

A perfectly located upscale, boutique hotel in the Knightsbridge section of London a block from Harrod's and the Tube. 24/7 tea, coffee and soft drinks. Daily cream tea and scones and a full bar from 3pm to 11pm ALL Complimentary. Free Wi-Fi throughout. They will match any internet rate. I cannot say enough about this place. I will definitely return.

Very nice room. Excellent service, Superb location. Friendly people.

It was very convenient to get to the hotel by tube from Heathrow. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The porters always had smiles on their faces and rushed to fulfill any request quickly. The rooms are very small but well furnished and extremely clean. The afternoon tea was a great way to relax after sightseeing all day and the downstairs lounge was very comfortable to have a glass of champagne (included in the free bar)before dinner. The hotel was quite busy while we were there but it was so quiet and peaceful, we felt we were the only people there. A great place to come back to and relax after a busy day.

The first room shown was almost LITERALLY a closet. Although the room given for that night was good, then room given for the next two were in a slightly larger room with a bed that was so soft, it was uncomfortable. Did take advantage of the computer and printer. Although the location was great, the hotel was "eh" at best.

The hotel is a solid address for those who want to shop in the Knightsbridge area. The rooms do not offer too much luxury but the essentials to feel comfortable. What we were missing - a lounge and feel well area to relax after shopping.

My husband received a gold star on this selection!!!! The service at this charming hotel was beyond perfect. The staff was helpful, courteous, knowledgable....booking amazing seats at the theatre upon our arrival. If you want to feel like you are guest in a private home, this is the place for you. The complimentary cream tea is divine. The rooms are small but well appointed. The location was in the heart of it all but deadly quiet. I cant wait to stay here again upon our return to London.

The Beaufort is a lovely small boutique hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful! Our room, a junior suite, was a bit small but very nice, super clean, and contained everything we needed. The location is just great: walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. This was a great experience.

This was our second time back to the Beaufort. It's absolutely fantastic: 1) The Knightsbridge location is convenient and very upscale 2) It's right by Harrod's but tucked back in a very cute little cul-de-sac 3) The staff is sweet and helpful 4) The rooms are simple, elegant, and pretty comfortable (we upgraded to the deluxe room because we're used to a king-size bed at home, and it was worth it) 5) The complimentary tea, scones and clotted cream served daily from 3-5pm... let me just say that no matter what we were doing in London, we dropped everything to make it back in time for tea every day. The scones are worth a 10-hour plane trip, themselves. 6) The free happy hour from 3-11pm is potentially the best happy hour in the world. It's amazing - and in London! 7) It's an elegant boutique hotel that is well-suited for couples, families with older children, and business travellers. The Beaufort is truly one of the reasons we love London so much.
