The staff allowed me to adjust the length of my stay.

The suite’s living room was tidy but smelled like wet dog, There was a used coffee filter still in the coffee maker from the previous guests, in the bathroom top drawer was children’s toothpaste used. We won’t visit this property or recommended ever again.

Definitely not up to Marriott standards. Stayed at a Comfort Suites for Two nights prior to stay here and it was nicer and cheaper. They also served a hot breakfast. The “to go” breakfast was absolutely appalling. Hampton Inn does a lovely bagged “to go” breakfast and you can get a hot egg, cheese and bacon English Muffin at the front desk.

The room was noisy. When I complained, all they said is they were sorry. The property was not well kept, cracks in the sidewalk, tile, etc.

Great spot , central located in the villages, right by the town square. Awesome restaurants an shopping.

Nice hotel overall. Bed was way too hard and no where to sit to put on your makeup. Staff was very accommodating.

Worst Marriott I've seen. There is no front desk. You are greeted and receive keys by the security guard at a folding table watching security video feeds. There were no dressers in the room to put your clothes in. The "king" size bed was not large enough to be a king or california king. Our room was noisy since we were right by the elevator and people like to talk loudly at night right outside your door room. Breakfast wasn't great but it was free and the crowds came down to devour it.

This hotel is in need of a major upgrade and renovation. I would not stay here again until that is done. Notwithstanding the negative, there was nothing dirty about the place and the staff was awesome. Breakfast was average.

The staff seemed to care about our needs and answered all of my questions in a helpful manner. The property was old and worn. Exercise equipment was old but in working order. The hotel room needed a complete renovation. There is built up grime on most surfaces. Nothing was overtly dirty and it appears the room was cleaned....its just so run down that you can't tell any more. I don't understand how Marriott allows this place to keep the flag. Dear Owner, please spend some money on this property,

We stayed at Towne Place Suites when we came to buy our new home at The Villages. The location was fabulous, just a few steps from the town square. We could walk around town in the morning, walk to dinner and hear the live entertainment while in the pool. The price went down because we stayed 5 nights. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Visited with my father who lives in the area. The accommodations were conveniently located near him as well as within the heart of the Town Square where opportunities abound for shopping, dining and entertainment.
