We booked this hotel because of its location and honestly that was its only redeeming quality. The hotel is getting a little dated but it’s still fine. Unfortunately, they have adopted a pets are welcome policy. It doesn’t appear as though there is a designated area of the hotel for guests with dogs as they were everywhere and definitely in our room prior to us. We were woken up at 3:45 AM by the two large dogs in the room across the hall from us, and again at 6:45am. We asked to be moved but could hear dogs barking at random times in the next room too. While in the elevator a gentleman got in with a large Rottweiler that I’m sure was friendly enough but it was excited & tried jumping up on my 11yo daughter. I had to ask him to let us go down & wait for the elevator, he seemed a bit offended. If you’re allergic to dog or just want a good nights sleep stay elsewhere. If you have a dog & would like to stay at a dog hotel with your pet, this is your place.

No hot water in the bathroom sink. When you turn the lever toward hot, the water shuts off completely. Horribly soft pillows. My head went right thru it to the mattress. No support at all. Not enough coffee and cream and sugar in the room.
The place was litterally across the street from the theatre I was attending and surrounded by bars and restaurants. It had the feel of a walkable European town.

Overall was nice but needs an update remodeling this old hotel. Mold in the shower tiles and the room smell old. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows good.
Staff was excellent great Pool, however we stayed 6 nights and our room was never cleaned nor were towels ever replaced 😠

The suite’s living room was tidy but smelled like wet dog, There was a used coffee filter still in the coffee maker from the previous guests, in the bathroom top drawer was children’s toothpaste used. We won’t visit this property or recommended ever again.
Definitely not up to Marriott standards. Stayed at a Comfort Suites for Two nights prior to stay here and it was nicer and cheaper. They also served a hot breakfast. The “to go” breakfast was absolutely appalling. Hampton Inn does a lovely bagged “to go” breakfast and you can get a hot egg, cheese and bacon English Muffin at the front desk.
I had stayed in this property before and loved their full-breakfast buffet. So when I booked this time, I didn't need to include the cost of breakfast and coffee in my budget. This time, breakfast consisted of an orange, bottle of water, and a bagel that tasted like cardboard with a tiny tub of butter all in a bag to carry to our rooms. Coffee? Well, we were to make it from the tiny coffee maker in our room, which tastes terrible. So, we had to go out and find breakfast and coffee elsewhere with money we had not budgeted, and a huge inconvenience and different from what we had been told. I asked why they didn't at least have a coffee urn. It was because of the virus, I was told. Yet, I didn't see anyone cleaning the elevator buttons, the door handles, etc. after each use, but we couldn't retrieve a cup of coffee from an urn. At the least, someone on staff could have poured coffee from the urn and given it to us. It was a huge disappointment from this hotel and quite a bit of a double standard.

The room was noisy. When I complained, all they said is they were sorry. The property was not well kept, cracks in the sidewalk, tile, etc.
Great spot , central located in the villages, right by the town square. Awesome restaurants an shopping.

Nice hotel overall. Bed was way too hard and no where to sit to put on your makeup. Staff was very accommodating.
