Stayed here during a recent road trip to Branson. I’ve stayed at other ABVI locations and have been very happy at those locations. The hotel is family run. Turns out the manager (Pete) was from the same part of India as my stepmother and he took time to say hello to her over the phone. I paid around 69.00 with taxes and because I paid cash, Pete requested to hold a 25.00 deposit on my credit card (which I had no problems with) for incidentals. (This was promptly taken off my credit card within a day or two.) I had a queen sized bed room in smoking. Although the room did smell like smoke (it is after all a SMOKING room) it was very comfortable and I slept well. The television had plenty of channels for watching television and I slept like a rock. The next morning I had their continental breakfast, which, as described, is small, but I was able to make a nice sized waffle and ate it rapidly. For checkout all I needed to do was drop the room key off at the front desk and away I went. The only reason for the one star dock is that the parking lot needs to be re-paved. Other than that, would I stay here again? Yes.
After fees we paid $82 and it really should have been a $40-$50 room... It smelled like old smoke, but was a non smoking room. The floor slanted. I fell in the bathroom because of the slope - we even joked about "going downstairs to use the restroom". The microwave did not work, the refrigerator did however. I didn't wear some of my clothes but had to wash them because they smelled so bad.
I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn during Labor Day weekend and it was such a delight. First of all, great location. It was literally right off the highway and easy to locate. Plenty of safe parking, which is a must when traveling. Inside the hotel was very clean and orderly. The bathrooms looked as if they were newly remodeled! The staff were such lovely people who were always kind, helpful, and present when I needed help. Plus, the continental breakfast was delicious, I recommend the waffels. They tasted like they were homemade! I would recommend Americas Best Value Inn to anyone who enjoys a convenient location, clean bathrooms, and a caring staff!
Attempted to stay here February 10. Had a prepaid reservation on my Discover platinum card. When I tried to check in, manager demanded to take my drivers license and enter personal info from it into his computer and advised he was going to post $50 charge on credit card for "incidental expenses". When I refused to allow him to enter info from my credit card, he refused to rent room. In addition, he initially refused to refund the prepaid rental fee, until I summoned the police. I don't like being treated like a criminal. I appear to now have a full refund, but I was inconvenienced by having to make other arrangements.
The Americas Best Value Inn in Lebanon, Missouri, was one of our best Places to stay on our trip to Texas. They have a small refrigator, which was wonderful for freezing our freezer blocks for the next days refreshments. The room was great, it was clean, neat and comfortable. We will again be staying here on our winter travels.
This is the 3rd time I have stayed here in the past year and each time, I was greeted by Friendly managers and employees. The rooms, which have microwaves and fridges, have all been very nice and clean. I will continue to stay here each time I visit Lebanon, Missouri. If you are needing a quiet, clean, roomy motel experience, then this is what you are looking for!
My family and I were making a quick stop here in Lebanon on our road trip. Checked into this motel and couldn't complain. The customer service was great and definitely caught up on some sleep as the beds were comfy.
I won't be back. It was clean... enough, but in was in serious need of an update. This was my first time staying anywhere in Mo, and I understand this area is a bit of a hunting-fishing paradise. Hope to have better luck my next time through town.
I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to where I needed to be, plus the decent rate offered. Check-in was OK, but everything went downhill after that. My room was close to the back since I had asked for a quiet area. The outside looked like it had seen better days, the exterior paneling was faded and worn looking. Upon entering my room I caught myself gasping for air: the fan was off and there was an overwhelming scent of curry. Not just curry, but CURRY as if someone had pained the walls with it. I got the fan turned on and it was a little better. I should have left, but "No Refunds" (I can understand why).Of course, the room wasn't so quiet since a couple good ol boys in the parking lot loved to rev their trucks, The floor of the room was uneven, and there was a definite offset near the bathroom that you could feel through the carpet. Maybe the old floor rotted away and they used cheap lumber to fix it? I don't know. The bed was small: I expected a Queen bed, but it was closer to a Full Size bed. I measured it and NOT a Queen, but more an oversize Full bed. Cleanliness was OK, but not spectacular though the rug was dirty. The bed was OK despite not being a Queen: I didn't have any problems sleeping and my CPAP filtered out most of the curry. Breakfast was a joke: two kinds of cereal, but I didn't see any milk. A toaster, but no bread, and a coffee maker. I decided to eat breakfast elsewhere.
Stopped on our way home from Dallas Texas checked in here. Was not very good said continental breakfast woke up there was nothing anywhere to be found at 7am. The pillows were very flat felt like laying on nothing would not recommend this hotel for comfort.
