Booked stay over a year ago for two non smoking suites assuming the suites would be on the same floor and next to each other but when I arrived I was given an option for two suites on a smoking floor or two suites on separate floors. I expressed my disappointment but was told they were my only options. We were never told that the female guests get into the on-site clubs for free and we were paying the cover. Very disappointed with this hotel. The housekeeper came to our room at 9 a.m. we told her we were still sleeping but they showed back up an hour later. I asked the security guard which floor do I go to check out.. he replied that he did not know. Will never refer this hotel to anyone.
The room was so impressive. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The room large, creatively lit, and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Each section of the room had great amenities as well.
the registration staff was great, the check in process was easy. she was polite, informative and friendly. kudos to the housekeeping team, they provided us with the things that we requested for in no time.
Exceptional hotel and staff. Awesome experience at the hotel. Rooms were nice and roomy
Standard rooms are awesome not a lie, every room is a suite no joke! up sale on a strip view for 40 a night plus taxes. I didn't go for it, so figured we would get the worst room. Heard some construction from Harrah's early in the morning. But the hotel is clean nice and has everything. Buchon pool was great for just relaxing. Will definitely stay at Venetian again
HOTEL LITTLE OLD. BUT VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
Of all the hotels in Vegas, we continue to come back to the Venetian. They consistently provide an outstanding experience. The hotel is well maintained, and looks as new today as the day it opened. Staff is very attentative, and well trained. Thank you for once again exceeding our expectations!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Right when you pull up it is a breathtaking Hotel. You walk right into a fountain and paved walkway that resembles cobblestones. The front desk staff is super super friendly super fast they know what they're doing and they can answer any question you might have. They gave me recommendations on where to eat and also what restaurant was best at certain times during the day like if you wanted to get dinner at 2 in the morning where to go LOL you can walk right out the front doors and get a cab to wherever your destination is which is really convenient and really nice you don't have to call when your self or anything. The rooms are pretty spacious the beds are very comfortable they don't feel like those stiff boxes that you're used to in a normal Hotel. We had a view overlooking the pools and there are many of them. When you go downstairs the hotel is easy-to-navigate signs are posted everywhere everything pretty much makes sense which is nice. You get to go walk through what feels like Venice or Rome on cobblestone streets over Gondola pathways with a ceiling that is just breathtaking that looks like the sky but you're indoors. Any staff that I stopped to ask a question to was ready to help me which was very nice cuz they didn't know if I stayed there or not. I was very pleased with my stay the bathroom was nice and spacious and clean and it was nice to have a separate sunken living room area to Relax in.
Great room and even better bed. So comfortable. Big hotel so you have to walk far to you room. Staff was stiff and not that friendly. Seemed to be no connection with them making you feel pampered and the next 6,000 people that check in the next day. Would like to have felt more important.
Hotel toilet was leaking and the staff did not want to compensate me for having to leave the room.
The hotel is nice, roomy and pleasant. Staff was excellent. Always something to do.
Best stay in Vegas so far. Great hotel, clean ,great vibes will be back soon
It was comfortable. Room were very spacious with lots of amenities. Room temp were always nice and cool despite that it was 110's everyday during our stay. Overall, it was very relaxing.
The room was as presented online... very comfortable and quiet amongst a active town.
The hotel was beautiful... I just wish there was a refrigerator in the room... we did spend over $200 a night, and there was no fridge. :/
Shower had a mildew smell to it , sinks were dirty in the bathroom but nothing a Lysol wipe couldn't fix there . Rest of suite was beautiful and relaxing .
We had a great time at the Venetian! The hotel and casino are top notch and have everything you could ever ask for. However the staff at TAO beach were rude and did not have customer service in mind. Sewer smell and rude staff changes our minds about renting a cabana. If we had been treated better we had planned on spending at least $500.00 but took our money where it was more appreciated.
I have stayed several times at the Venetian. The rooms are always clean and so comfortable.
Great hotel. Loved it. Can't wait to come back and spend more time hear.
Great place to stay, lots of food choices. We got lost, it is so big! A little overpriced for what you get. Towels are scratchy, carpet is scratchy in the rooms, drinks are okay. Location is nice though
