Beautiful hotel I have no complaints except that there is no fridge in the room
Awesome hotel, directly on strip close to everything.
Clean Luxurious Courteous!!!!!!! My friend had problems and they were promptly corrected.
This place is fantastic every single inch of it is worth the money the service of the entire hotel to the casino to the restaurants was amazing this will be the only place I will ever stay in Vegas an it's the prime hot spot to walking to everything
It was a nice experience and really loved it. Close to places and staff was very helpful.
Everyone very helpful, would have liked to have coffee machine in our suite and room in the fridge for our own stuff.
Love the Hotel abd it was the 3rd time visiting!.. when I go to Vegas it's always Venetian!!
The Venetian has a whole lot going for it. It's an all-suite hotel with very nice shopping and amazing restaurants. The large number of pools make sure that none are particularly crowded. The hotel staff is wonderful. The only downside is when you want to leave the hotel. Being located at near end of the modern strip means its a very long walk (or cab ride) to other hotels for dinner, shopping, or shows.
Great location; A little bit towards the northern end but essentially right in the middle of everything. Interactions with hotel staff were pleasant. Check-in and out was smooth. Concierge happily assisted with purchase of tickets to a few attractions. Paid for upgrade to a suite with a Strip view which was really more like a 'pool view' because the pools (there are multiple!) and some of other 'stuff' actually lies between the Strip and the towers where our room was located; however they did accommodate our request to move up to a higher floor to improve the view out of the window of the suite. Expansive casino inside hotel along with several dining options; there's a small food court with about five or six options for quick no-fuss dining along with several full restaurants right inside the hotel complex. We went during a busy holiday weekend and I didn't feel like the service was any slower than normal or that anything suffered. Everything you would expect in big time Las Vegas hotel: clean well appointed room, responsive staff, amenities inside the hotel. Would absolutely stay again.
I would Definitely recommend this hotel. Great experience!!
Booked stay over a year ago for two non smoking suites assuming the suites would be on the same floor and next to each other but when I arrived I was given an option for two suites on a smoking floor or two suites on separate floors. I expressed my disappointment but was told they were my only options. We were never told that the female guests get into the on-site clubs for free and we were paying the cover. Very disappointed with this hotel. The housekeeper came to our room at 9 a.m. we told her we were still sleeping but they showed back up an hour later. I asked the security guard which floor do I go to check out.. he replied that he did not know. Will never refer this hotel to anyone.
The room was so impressive. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The room large, creatively lit, and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Each section of the room had great amenities as well.
the registration staff was great, the check in process was easy. she was polite, informative and friendly. kudos to the housekeeping team, they provided us with the things that we requested for in no time.
Exceptional hotel and staff. Awesome experience at the hotel. Rooms were nice and roomy
Standard rooms are awesome not a lie, every room is a suite no joke! up sale on a strip view for 40 a night plus taxes. I didn't go for it, so figured we would get the worst room. Heard some construction from Harrah's early in the morning. But the hotel is clean nice and has everything. Buchon pool was great for just relaxing. Will definitely stay at Venetian again
HOTEL LITTLE OLD. BUT VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
Of all the hotels in Vegas, we continue to come back to the Venetian. They consistently provide an outstanding experience. The hotel is well maintained, and looks as new today as the day it opened. Staff is very attentative, and well trained. Thank you for once again exceeding our expectations!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Right when you pull up it is a breathtaking Hotel. You walk right into a fountain and paved walkway that resembles cobblestones. The front desk staff is super super friendly super fast they know what they're doing and they can answer any question you might have. They gave me recommendations on where to eat and also what restaurant was best at certain times during the day like if you wanted to get dinner at 2 in the morning where to go LOL you can walk right out the front doors and get a cab to wherever your destination is which is really convenient and really nice you don't have to call when your self or anything. The rooms are pretty spacious the beds are very comfortable they don't feel like those stiff boxes that you're used to in a normal Hotel. We had a view overlooking the pools and there are many of them. When you go downstairs the hotel is easy-to-navigate signs are posted everywhere everything pretty much makes sense which is nice. You get to go walk through what feels like Venice or Rome on cobblestone streets over Gondola pathways with a ceiling that is just breathtaking that looks like the sky but you're indoors. Any staff that I stopped to ask a question to was ready to help me which was very nice cuz they didn't know if I stayed there or not. I was very pleased with my stay the bathroom was nice and spacious and clean and it was nice to have a separate sunken living room area to Relax in.
Great room and even better bed. So comfortable. Big hotel so you have to walk far to you room. Staff was stiff and not that friendly. Seemed to be no connection with them making you feel pampered and the next 6,000 people that check in the next day. Would like to have felt more important.
Hotel toilet was leaking and the staff did not want to compensate me for having to leave the room.
