When I walk into a room I want too feel like its CLEAN. I did not, upgrades needed as well as room phone had dust like it has not been cleaned in a few months, stains and tub was gross, checked out early.

I asked for a shower chair twice and never got it. The a/c worked but kept knocking all night. We had to leave the curtains open so we could get the a/c air so that was annoying. The sliding bathroom door kept sticking, so we had to leave it open. Housekeeping never made the bed, or changed the sheets, we were there 5 days. I wont be back there, for the price I paid and all of those things were wrong. No thanks.

I did love the spacious rooms and the pool. Check out is at 12 but the house keeping kept knocking on our door up until that time even though I said we would be out at 12. Also we told them not to clean our room, we left and had to come right back for something and caught the housekeeper in our room immediately after leaving. That is trespassing not sure why they would do this. It looks bad and suspicious. Other than that we had a great time

You cant check in until 4 and the pool closes at 6. The rooms were dingy and some stuff didn’t work. Took my kids here and there was alcohol glass outside of my door left there never cleaned up before we got there.

It would be great if the rooms were furnished with a refrigerator and microwave. We were also disappointed that the free shuttle to the Las Vegas strip areas was discontinued. Otherwise, the Orleans is a great place to stay when the basketball playoffs are held in The Arena, a short walk from one’s hotel room.
