Well for the amount you paid for you figured you’d get a little more from the hotel but overall was a pleasant stay

I got there at 1pm and they charged me a 40 dls fee for an early check in , thats the first time ever i had to pay an early check in fee, the room was not ready, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get another. The rooms are a joke, small, old, ugly, smelly, the hotel in general looks like a 2 or 3 star hotel at the most, this place is not worth it at any price its a pit.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Almost everything was perfect. I booked a king bed no smoking. Upon arrival I was given a smoking room. No go for me. The constellation prize was a queen bed in the farthest room away from everything! If I book something and pre-pay, I should be given what I paid for. I liked this place, but not sure I will ever stay here again since they can’t meet the basic accommodations.

Loved the car museum on the 5th floor. The gift shop on 5th floor had excellent deals and great apparell. Room service was excellent and they did upgrade our room. Thankyou for upgrading our room the king size bed was extremely comfortable. The Highroller is a must to go on breathtaking views! Thanks for a memorable holiday! Will return soon. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Overall experience was reasonable. Room was clean. The 2-device limit on wifi was unwelcome, and the billing process was confusing. It is included in the resort fee but the way it is worded makes it seem like an extra charge, possibly to discourage you from using it. Did not like that opacity. Electronic checkin was ironically frustrating to use. The machine almost ate my ID. Checkout was convenient though.

Great hotel, great express check in , no complains the casino was also nice

To save on the rooms, the Linq seems to have cut some of the fat that normally doesn't add much value to your stay. Notable omissions were couches, desks, and wardrobe doors (instead replaced by a curtain). What your left with may be the bare minimums, but their updated stylish designs make you feel like you're more frugal than settling. The only issue i had was the sink and counter space was small for a pair of travelers to manage. The Linq promenade, a swanky shopping walk that fills the space between Linq and The Flamingo, was a pleasant surprise that became the beginning and end of most of our nights. An In-and-Out burger within a stone's throw off your bed is a huge plus. After viewing our friends' rooms at the Flamingo we were glad we paid a small amount more a night for the updated look and feel.

Hotel was recently updated. Hotel was very smoky, could use better air ventilation. Walkway to rooms were very dark and gloomy.

Second time staying at this hotel. I have literally no complaints. It is affordable, clean, and they have every accommodation you would need. The rooms are very quiet although the casino floor can get very busy. Very comfortable stay again.

Not the fanciest, but reasonable, great staff, perfect location and clean. Well worth the price.

Bed and pillows are not comfortable and there’s no bath in a standard room. If you want a hot shower you’ll need to take one super early in the morning or late at night.

hotel has life. Fun place to stay. Fabulous location.

The hotel and room was okay litter smalls rooms they don't have no Smoking room so I have to stay on Smoking room that was not good, but I Just using the room for Sleep thas way my tripe was not to good

Asked for an upgrade and received one. Very nice room, and nice facility.

Good hotel, however, lit of improvement is required in overall maintenance of the hotel, the exterior is not at all attractive ,needs face lift

Lets just say that it’s too bad, I have to walk over to Harrah to gamble.

Overcharged for everything. Had to pay for early check in and when we got to the room 3 men were fixing the air conditioner. Had to come back again, toilet broke. I believe they cosmetically updated the previous Hotel I believe was called the Imperial Palace. Also, you were constantly harassed by time share sale people. I didn't come to Vegas for that.

The hotel is nice and has lots of restaurants; good location. But they charge for early check-in which I think is not fair. If the room is ready, then it's ready. Give credit to people who check out early.

Clean and enjoyable as always!!! I always enjoy staying at the Linq everytime I visit Las Vegas. Very clean, amazing staff all around. Thank you!

Bell service process involves loading your luggage at valet; then leaving your presence to unload your luggage in their storage area; approximately 30 minutes later, they deliver your luggage. Nobody I know wants the bell to walk away with their valuables. If you lose your wallet with all identification, you can't get another room key. Not without threatening and demanding anyways. Shower drain clogged. Cockroach crawling on my leg while in bed was the last straw. I demanded a full refund but received only $180 something in return. I've been fighting for the full return since then.
