This is a unique 2 story antique building that has been completely renovated and sectioned into 2 small apartments on the 2nd floor. This property was designed with our guest in mind, to offer an oasis of peace, tranquility; geared towards meditation and relaxation. Though we are located only few minutes from restaurants, stores, hospitals, universities and much more, once you turn into our street, you will notice the quiet and serine atmosphere of the neighborhood.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Perfect space for me to spend a couple of days in the area to watch my son play baseball at Chain of the Lakes (10 minute drive). Gladys, the host, was fantastic and communicated everything I needed to know about her place. Thank you!

The owners have clearly tried to make the place comfortable but for us, it didn’t work well as we hoped. Inside, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped although we didn’t do any cooking. The living room space is tiny. The bed is a queen which felt very small for us. The bathroom has a standalone tub w shower which looks charming but it was difficult for me to get in and out of. As far as cleanliness, the floor wasn’t clean. Finally I didn’t like the neighborhood. Several untidy homes with trash on the front yard. It was not worth a walk, even to the lake, where there was lots of trash thrown about. We had a few issues with the electricity; the owners responded fairly quickly.

The property was a set of 4 small units. I didn’t realize we were upstairs, but it was fine. The place was clean and cool. It’s a small space, perfect for the three of us. I wouldn’t recommend anymore than a family of 3. The stairs and the high claw-foot tub could be an issue for those with accessibility issues. It’s a decent location to Legoland. It took about 15-20 minutes one way. Walk to Tom’s Diner 4 doors down for a great breakfast! Would stay again.

Great location for a Winter Haven stay

This property is close to everything that you want to do in Central Florida. Parking is great, the venue was clean, and the WiFi actually works! There is also a wonderful restaurant at the end of the street!
