Wonderful stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Location was great as it was a short and easy drive to explore everything around Key West. My kids loved the pool. The place was in a nice quiet area, clean and exactly as described in the pictures. The host was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

Property is dated and dirty. Floors were filthy and it is not being maintained. It needs a thorough scrubbing and a paint job desperately. Towels were awful. They didn’t absorb and left white fibers all over you when attempting to dry off. It could be nice but it needs work.

Pool and spa area wonderful and water temperature great. Laundry room locked and had to call and email to gain access. Restrooms at pool locked. Nice quiet location. Easy access to everything in key west. Would stay in the same facility again but not same unit. Ice maker makes hammer noises. Red chairs in living room bizarre. Blue curtains?? Everyone we dealt with was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in making us comfortable

Check out was 10 AM on the dot, we got back a little after 10 and got lockout with our luggage inside. Contact Vacasa to open the door was a nightmare. Finally hung up and talked to the nice cleaning lady to open the door for us to pack up an leave. This is suppose to be a vacation rental, but having a strict 10 AM check out is bad business. Even Hotel have a 11 AM check out but still flexible for late check out. Never again. Bye Vacasa.

Great condo for Space and price

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and nice complex with pool across parking lot. Only issue was no washer and dryer in the unit and for us not a deal breaker but we’d pack much differently if we knew we couldn’t wash on our trip. Overall great place if you don’t care about being close to Duvall.

Pretty basic

I enjoyed my stay but the TV remote was missing so no way to watch, pillows are too big, look pretty but uncomfortable. The dryer still doesn’t work as others have stated. The price was on the low side for Key West so that was nice. Kitchen could use more items. Overall decent. We made do.
