Been coming here for years and boy has it changed they let the place go big time. Will not be staying there again. We never saw a house Services the full time we were there our trash was overflowing. There is no room at the pool and no towels at pool . Despite the frequent travelers, there are a room that face a cement wall we checked out early I couldn’t take it.

Spacious room! We had the 1000 sq ft room. Absolutely a beautiful room with everything we need. Hourly shuttle to downtown is very helpful. The location is good for going to stock island and downtown. You can walk to quite a lot of places if you don’t mind a 10-30minutes walk. Great opportunity for walking instead of sitting in the room playing phone. We recommend this place.

We loved our stay. Restaurant and pool bar service and food were excellent. Shuttle to downtown was also great to have. Would have loved a regular coffee maker in the room and bathroom sink and tub drained slow but otherwise our group highly recommend and will be back when in the area.

They kept the $150 deposit (not the resort fee listed on Expedia) and then charged another $202 to the room with no explanation. The front desk person barely spoke the language. Total fees = $554 when Expedia says it's $200.

Be prepared for your “superior” room to have a view of an interior stucco hallway wall. Room was fairly nice but is a box with no view. Access to all rooms seemed to require a walk through a parking garage. The elevator was out in our assigned building. We later learned upon our ride back to the airport, another couple complained about the broken elevator and received a free upgrade to an upgraded room with a kitchenette, balcony and pool view. I’m old with 2 large suitcases, so a proactive upgrade would have made me a fan for life (as I don’t tend to complain much). Free hourly shuttle service is nice, but there needs to be more than one shuttle running as they filled up frequently. Need more pool lounge chairs too.

Nice room but the pillows were the worst I have ever seen. They had no loft or substance to them, totally flat and limp. It was no quirk, either. Our friends room had the same type of pillows. Be sure to ask the desk for a box of tissues because they are not in the room otherwise. Other than those two irritating things, everything was fine.

The room needed maintenance. The tile was loose, the sink was leaking on the floor, the door handle was loose, and the fan made a terrible noise. For that amount of money a night it should be well maintained.
