No breakfast it’s a small room and the cost for that room was rip off . Checkin at 4 and checkout at 10 am . The shuttle it crowded always and had to take uber all the time during peak season . There is beach but you can’t do much with beach as not much sand . Pool was good . Not much breakfast places near by

The grounds are beautiful. Our room was a smaller room and it was nice but some things didn’t work properly. The toilet didn’t flush well, the shower head would turn on when filling the bathtub, tv would turn off randomly and the floors were dirty. Reasonably price in comparison to other places in Key West.

Check-in was at 4:00pm. The staff had not begun to clean the room at 4. We had arrived at 12:30pm. The staff knew we were waiting for the room. We finally got the room but it was near 5:00pm. We were supposed to be given a food beverage voucher. We asked for it twice and it never happened.

Overall a great experience. Staff is amazing and so friendly. You get prompt service . They keep the pool and whirlpool very clean and quite warm for a December winter. The large rooms and well equipped kitchen are a big plus.

Elevator was broken right outside our room. Needed to change rooms but was too booked up, which is understandable. The people working front desk seemed frustrated and not at all loving their job. The free shuttle was nice but every driver was short and rude The best experience was the restaurant. Amazing staff.

Our room was not ready by the 4pm check-in time. Needed to request extra towels and blankets multiple times. Hot tub filled with children each time we wanted to use it. The shuttle only runs once an hour and was not able to accommodate all guests waiting to ride. Not a very safe area to bike. Not a swimming beach area. Only one elevator in service for building 2 which makes for a long wait at times and a longer distance to carry items to room from vehicle.

The room was gorgeous! We really loved hanging out by the pool. The service was great. The only problem we encountered was having to walk so far to the other elevator since the closer one was down for repair. The shuttle service was also very convenient for us!

Forget getting extra towels. Just wash and re-use. Forget getting a place at the pool, unless it's 9 a.m. Everyone runs out, placing towels on loungers to save spots and do not return for hours. Unit was lacking in kitchen utensils, do not plan on preparing any meals, 2 small saucepans, 1 cookie/baking sheet, so you do not get to enjoy the great dining area. Forget a late check out, although you will be ASSURED it will be o.k., just call 24 hours before checking out. You will be denied. Toliet seat FELL OFF. Balcony door would not lock. Had to run dryer multiple times to get a small load dry, but might as well since I couldn't sit at the pool. Get ready to wait at the elevator, one didn't even work, that leaves one in building #2, cleaning staff gets first dibs on the elevator apparently. Added 1 night ( night #6) and paid $900 for one night. Never, ever again.
