This is described as a resort. The facilities are sadly lacking. The elevators ( with one exception) were out of service. This fact was left out of our check-in experience. We are somewhat elderly and there was no indication that we would have to negotiate stairs with our luggage. There was no offer of assistance, in fact there was no one other than two guys at check in. Our room was changed and was situated close to the one serviceable elevator. Food options are decidedly limited. One upscale restaurant which is on the hotel grounds, but , not part of it. I could find no ice machines nor anywhere to buy snacks. There is no room service. Housekeeping is only available upon request. The pool is pleasant and the staff at the pool were attentive and pleasant. The room ( superior King) was adequate. The inability to close the outer door from the outer walkway into the (shared) hallway causedy wife some concern. I would not choose to stay here again.

Joseph st the front desk was very courteous and always honored our requests. The only downside that I had and it’s not the properties fault, is the guest would put their towels down early in the morning to save their chairs by the pool and then some of the chairs would not be occupied until like noon or sometimes even after. So the beach chairs sat vacant For hours. I have no objection of putting your towel down to save a chair, but at least come down within an hour. Other than that, I had a beautiful stay in a beautiful room.

The staff was good and the restaurant food was great, but the room itself was extremely noisy and it said that it was a garden facing room. It had a very small window looking out over a parking lot and a main highway, and it was like a half room and even though it was fairly comfortable the noise of people going in and out as well as the jet engine, they called air conditioning, made it somewhat difficult to sleep.

Property is nice and in a good location. Shuttle a plus but they could use more shuttles. Some people were denied access and had to wait an hour for next shuttle. Pool furniture is falling apart as are umbrellas. Service was nonexistent at times. The exterior doors to our suite did not lock. Noticed this on many doors. Seems like an easy fix for safety. Great place but they could definitely improve in these areas.

We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was incredible! On the last day, after asking a question at the front desk, we were given a map. I so wish we had the map at the beginning of our stay. Other than that, our stay was perfect
