Properties photos are not accurate. Door was broken and had to be lifted to be shut. Carpet was pulled up in spots making a tripping hazard. Missing chair. No towel rack. Bugs in room.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences that I’ve had in 20 years. The staff was rude disrespectful and excessively aggressive. I do not recommend this site for anybody to stay at
The bathroom fan was so loud it was impossible to use without waking everyone and it was a light fan combo. Also there were no plugs available near beds for charging. We had to unplug the lights so only 2 of us could charge. I thought the decor was v nice and place was v v clean and super friendly staff. V close to several stores we needed to stop at so v convienient location
They were modifying the outside, no Wi-Fi, shower was old & the tub had cigarette burns on it. The WORST hotel that I been too. If I hadn't prepaid I would have looked for another one.
The entire building was undergoing major renovations, so staffing was scarce, and those on duty were brusque with guests. Fiberglas insulation on seversl main hall walls was exposed, and all all the ice makers and vending machines were shut down. The entry tiled floor and bathroom floor of my hotel room were littered with snack peanuts, the bath towels were dingy, and one of the two queen beds was missing blanket and coverlet. The morning breskfast area was not clean nor orderly.
We arrived to find the hotel had cancelled our reservation and had no room for us. The front desk staff was overwhelmed with other angry guests whose reservations had also been cancelled. We ended up finding another hotel on our own.
I had a death in my family and already had this hotel booked through Orbitz. I started trying to cancel this reservation on Thursday Dec. 24th and got nothing but the run around from the hotel as well as Orbitz. I decided that since I was going to be charged for the room regardless I tried to make the best of it. I checked in and got to my room. There were no towels, no comforters, only 2 pillows, no toilet paper and the worst issue was that the toilet was sinking into the floor! Not to mention that the room and entire hotel smelled like marijuana. I was then offered to change rooms which I did. Come to find out, no towels, no toilet paper only 2 pillows. The heater was actually broken and stuck on a high temperature which caused me to crack the window to help balance the heat. The elevator’s buttons were broken and the entire elevator was disgusting/extremely dirty! I was told that maintenance would be in on Friday Jan. 1st at 10am. Come to find out that morning, maintenance was not coming in due to the holiday. Staff was stuck to work overnight Thursday evening as someone called in sick and no manager was able to come in and assist. The staff member was dealing with so many complaints that evening she was even crying at times. I had sent an email to the manager with no response. I have since contacted the property management company and filed a complaint as well as a complaint through Wyndham. I would NOT recommend this place at all!!
Filthy rooms. Sinks and counters not wiped down. No towels. Wallpaper literally falling off the wall. Curtains falling off the rod. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the most disgusting place i have ever been in.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. People smoking pot at the entrance and the hallway wreaked of pot. Lost my reservation - that should have been a sign to not check in! Room was sticky no towels or shampoo. Went back and room key did not work and when I got a new key, room service never cleaned and there was used shampoo in the shower ! I checked out early and stayed somewhere else for them rest of my trip. Disgusting!
TV didn’t work, sink didn’t drain and micro didn’t have a plate in it
Room was not vacuumed from prior guest. There was a shoe on the floor in the room. Rest of room was decent and breakfast was good!
People were nice and accommodating The property was disappointing. this is not representative of baymont by WYNDAM. THE WYNDAM name should not be attached here very misleading. You get what you pay for here, but this is not a 3.6 star place average rating. Should be more like 2.5
Continental breakfast choices limited. Was looking for granola or other high-fiber cereal. Juice machine down.
Slow service. They gave us four keys and three didn't work. They also gave away our reserved room.
