Spacious room, clean and great staff. Are only complaints are that the sink stopper doesn’t work, and water was leaking from under the sink. We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before and because of the chain it belong to and our good experience with it. However, when we arrived, this particular hotel was seriously aged, not very well kept and the staff was not overly friendly or helpful. We will not be staying here ...
The beds are ok, but the bathroom was a bit run down. The lobby is also run down, and the included breakfast was terrible. This place is fine for a cheap last minute one night place to crash, but I wouldn't consider it for an extended stay.
I stayed in a room with a king size bed and sofa. The room was clean and had no smells. The ventilation unit worked well. The mattress was very comfortable, the bathroom was super clean, big and modern. and the halls were quiet. Very nice stay.
Stayed in handicap-accessible room, though I didn't need it. No lamp on desk; had to crawl under desk to plug-in computer. Room was on first floor; but ice machines were on second and third. Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast.
This was a very nice hotel and it's close to I-94 for easy on and off. The staff was nice and the room was very nice. It's close to lots of restaurants including some Kazoo favorites. The only thing I had a problem with was the height of the bed. Kind of tall for a 5'1" gal! But it was cozy once ...
Nice place, friendly staff, clean efficient rooms. Absolutely no negatives.
Spacious room, clean and great staff. Are only complaints are that the sink stopper doesn’t work, and water was leaking from under the sink. After using the Jacuzzi tub for about 30 minutes, the Jets kept turning off. Despite those Few issues, we really enjoyed the facilities, being there tonight, love the location, and a great staff.

The hotel was the only available in the area on short notice. Overall cleanliness was poor and the clientele was shaky. Staff was accommodating. The whole place needs repairs and a thorough cleaning. Likely wouldn't stay again.
