My room was clean. One towel and one wash cloth, though clean, were stained and should be tossed. Other than that everything was fine and I would stay there again.
I have made a reservation earlier the day that I was supposed to check in when I got there they have already gave my room to someone else..
We were in town for a car show and booked 2 nights through Orbitz. We were loyal Red Roof customers. We decided to stay another night and didn't have access to a computer. The staff at the hotel ended up sticking us for $166.49 for the additional night. We are done being loyal customers to Red Roof Inns.
It was just nice and well kept.. I have always enjoyed going there for a piece of mind.
You basically got what you paid for, the outside of the property is kind of old and outdated but you can tell that they remodeled the rooms it made it a little bit more comfortable inside

This property had a bad odor. The floor, mirrors,desk, dresser and chairs were all dirty. Bedding had cigarette burns.

Checked in very easily with no hassle. Got in and settled into our room within 15 minutes. Overall a great experience.
The bed was very small and felt like I was sleeping on a hill other then that good stay

Even though smoking has been banned indoors in Michigan for eight years this hotel reeked like an ashtray. All three rooms for our group were horrendous. What's even more amazing is they had been redecorated / remodeled a bit in the last few years, yet the stench was still there. The rooms were also dirty when we arrived. Not acceptable.
Room was "non smoking" but smelled of smoke... ashes next to toilet. Shower and shower curtain not clean. Pillows flat and lumpy :(
The room smells like someone has smoked cigarette and there is a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. The evening staff was not friendly or helpful. She was in a bad mood that I arrived very late at night. She turned off a guest who came in looking for a room. He left the main office unpleasantly.

The room was comfortable with two beds.WiFi worked OK. Shower was nice, as was the vanity. Wish the room had a fridge or microwave, however. The room keys were handy and reliable. Good heat/cool control.
