Staybridge suits staff in Kalamazoo were rude and racist toward me and refused me service due the color of my skin...this reservation for my daughter for her birthday just to get her out the house...and birthday was ruined smh

This is a beautiful clean welcoming hotel. Highly recommend!

The staff was amazing and really tried to make our stay wonderful. However so many facilities were not available, I think they need to discount the price to reflect the lost services. Like breakfast, pool, etc. All closed.

Property was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly. Food was good. Best experience I've had and I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the country.

i had a nice time i will come again thank you

Great location! Very comfortable! Easy walk to nearby restaurants. Easy access to highway.

Great staff! Very helpful! Unfortunately the rooms were dirty. The first room we went into smelled like a mildewy cat. The second room had jelly / red sticky stuff on the tables, chairs and gross kitchen faucet! Almost stepped on a piece of broken glass (we didn't break any bottlles.

Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet and comfortable. Room was not as clean as it could have been.

Every member of the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Great experience thing and it has particular Staybridge Suites! The employees were all very courteous. The only drawback was that I thought that the housekeeping wasn't quite up to par or hotel of this caliber. The room could've been clean and little bit better, and one day the housekeeping forgot to leave us towels.

First time at a Staybridge Suites. I chose because it was close to where I was conducting business. Definitely will consider again in other travel as the room was great, plenty of amenities, free breakfast and during my visit a light dinner meal was made available at no cost. Great value. Clean. Pleasant staff even during a cold, snowy, miserable week.

I had a good stay except the volume on the TV did not work so it was an early to bed evening. Otherwise, I'd stay again.

Good location, stayed for business, good staff at check in

The staff was wonderful! Very polite and very accomodating. We had only planned to stay one night as we were in town for a hockey game. But, we were so happy with our room and the excellent staff, we decided to stay another night! Would definately recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway or even an extended stay. Complimentary breakfast was hot and good. There was a bunch of ammenities that we didn't use but would find very convenient for an extended stay, like dishwasher, stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, silverware, etc.), laundry room, just to name few

Everything about the Staybridge was excellent. the staff, the faciltites, the room and the meals. All at a very competitive price. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the hotel room and breakfast

We used the hotel as our home while we visited our son and his wife over Thanksgiving. The suite was very comfortable, and clean. The hotel overlooks McDonalds, so wasn't very scenic, but met all our needs. The staff was very friendly and made the stay very pleasant. The couch was a sofa bed, and as such was not real comfortable, but adequate. The kitchenette was well supplied with all the dishes and appliances you could want, except for the lack of an oven. I can't think of anything that was lacking, except for extra blankets, that could have been available if we had needed them. The normal in season rates that were posted on the door would have made us rethink staying there, but the price in November through[...]was quite affordable. We would definately stay there again if the need arises.

Aside from minor and easily overlooked details (no dishwasher soap, only 3 forks), the room was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous (giving us a bottle of ketchup for our daughters' in-room dinner). The one thing is that the walls are pretty thin, so if you have or are a light sleeper, you will hear everything happening in the hallway.
