This was The worst hotel stay I’ve had since I’ve started using Orbitz in 2005. The staff was beyond disrespectful and rude. Again the staff was beyond disrespectful and rude… I will boycott quality inns from here on out because I do not want another experience like that excessive phone calls to the room excessive knocking and the attitude from the desk clerk was in comprehendible especially telling me I had to pay a deposit… It is standard to have a card on file for incidentals but she was dead set on making me pay $100 after I booked my room .#Worst stay ever in about 20 years
The outside needs some up keep. It was pretty clean but out of date and had some unpleasant odors
Staff was friendly and helpful when you were able to find them. It seemed like they were gone from the desk most of the time. If we were planning on being in the area more than a few days I would have gone elsewhere. So many little things are wrong with the place, it's old, damaged, dingy, questionable people hang around it, you can hear people fighting at the place next door. Overall it's somewhere between not terrible and not good. The kind of place you literally find hair in the shower and are afraid to walk around with your shoes off...
The hotel front desk guys was a huge jerk. Called me a liar. There were people in the lobby drinking until 2am and he refused to ask them to keep it down. He said rooms are insulated and that I can't hear anything. I invited him to my room so he could hear the noise and he said I was a liar and hung up on me. Never again!
It's not a very clean property. The pool area smelled horrible, and it was not clean and did not smell like chlorine. My bathroom had hair all over it and the shower curtain was very dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom over the shower was falling down. I was not very happy with my stay and would love a refund. But that would never happen. I have been waiting in a refund from one hotel for 2 years.
Rooms were as expected. Breakfast was usual. Check in was easy. Pool was warm. My biggest issue that was a HUGE turn off... urine on the elevator floor. My daughter slipped and fell into it. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, they probably didn’t know. BUT, when I told the guy at the desk, he simply wiped it up with a towel. No sanitizing it, mopping it, cleaning it, nothing.

I didn’t use the pool but I noticed that it had a chair lift for handicapped people. I thought that was cool. The Room was clean, but the bed cover had holes in it and the floorlamp shade was torn. Bed was comfortable.
Hotel staff was kind and sweet. Family oriented and I like that. The room needed a bit of repair but nothing that prevented a good nights sleep. Easy to find which is big in my book.
It was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast eggs and sausage could have been better. Nobody in our party liked the eggs.
Dirty, old and run down. The rooms were gross, doesn't looked like any one has cleaned them in a decades. So disappointed
Someone was smoking weed on the first floor. There was some sort of biting insect, not bedbugs. There was a condom rapper under the bed.
Room needed a little more fine tuning with cleaning but the pool was naive and not to busy.
Called to let them know we would be a late check in and desk clerk was very polite. Upon arrival front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but the whirlpool tub was dirty. It was probably just dust but it made a ring around the water line that was disgusting. We had to drain and fill a couple of times to get rid of it. It was nice that there was a McDonalds right next door too.
The hotel meet our needs just needs a little updating.
