Need to update pictures, they don’t have the waterfall and that was a big selling point for me. Also I know it said construction on and off but it was a room or two away from me and it started at 7 am and ended at 10. I definitely didn’t feel like I got what the price was worth, the room and bathroom were the tiniest rooms I’ve been in and it’s also the most expensive I’ve been in. Yeah it’s nice to have the shops and stuff in the hotel but when parking is expensive each night just to use the deck it just kinda cancels each other out. Won’t stay again.

Excellent downtown location, however hotel was dated. They were overbooked so we did not get the room we reserved. Front desk was oddly unapologetic. Our first room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. They tried to get a rollaway bed in the too small room and house keeping suggested it might be against fire code. We asked to move rooms and thankfully our next one smelled cleaner. Overall the rooms need to be updated with improved finishes. I was disappointed with our stay.
We saw Kalamazoo in a different light. What a fantastic view. The hotel room was to die for. The only thing that we didn't like was the limited hours on the pool and the hot tub as they closed at 7:00 p.m. There was also no breakfast in the morning.
Very nice hotel with large rooms and located near lots of unique bars & restaurants.
Great location. It’s a mini mall with great surrounding restaurants. The staff was super friendly. No street parking. Only option is to pay overnight. The sink and shower desperately needed to be replaced. Found some hairs in different places and a super stained chair. Other than that, the bed isn’t very comfortable but it will do. Overall it’s fine
It’s a nice hotel it’s in the downtown area and there are restaurants and other amenities nearby so I like that. What I did not like is the fact that daily parking cost $20 unlike other hotels the area where the parking is free
The pool and hot tub were great! I wish the single bed room we stayed in had a couch rather then the 2 chairs.
My King Bed room was really small and the air conditioner did NOT cool the room. Very disappointed for the price.

Samantha, I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay with us! I apologize that the renovations were bothersome and so long. We hope that they will help make our rooms even better, as well as make them feel a bit bigger with the new furniture. I would love to chat with you more about this if possible and hopefully make things right, if you could please call the hotel and ask for me!
