The rooms were spacious and well set up - Short staff on a Saturday made getting service in the restaurant area difficult

We have stayed for before without complaints. This time, my towel was stained, the coffeemaker had not been cleaned out from the previous user, and the only coffee in the room was decaf. Not a huge deal; just thought I'd mention it for future reference.

My overall experience was pleasant except for the noise from maybe air in a pipe behind the bathroom there was a loud noise sounded like something scraping over a floor it seemed to happen after any use of sink or toilet in my room and possible other rooms because I heard it through the night but the room was clean and staff very friendly and pleasant

Staff were not welcoming in the slightest. Even though restaurant states it is open til 10pm, we couldn’t order food at 9:23pm. Lack of towels and pillows in double rooms. Dirty. Nothing is vacuumed and wiped down nicely - crumbs and marks noticeable everywhere. Pool area a mess. We were given wrist bands to wear - seems like we were the only ones that had them on, and the pool area was CROWDED without a single wrist band in sight. Dirty floors. No microwave in room. The worst tissues and toilet paper - sandpaper. For $200 a night we were extremely disappointed.

Our stay was great, we stayed one night to attend the Mac & Cheese Festival in Kalamazoo, the beds were extremely comfortable, haven’t gotten a good nights sleep like that in awhile!

We walked in to a great pair of gals at the front desk. The hotel is up to date clean and inviting. The room was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I noticed was the rusty ting to some of the towels but they were clean so to no problem.

The hotel is in great condition following a recent major renovation. My only complaint was the front desk staff. After checking in we arrived at our room to find it was not the one king bed room that we had reserved and instead had two double beds and no sofa. I returned to the front desk and was told that because we booked through Orbitz the room type was not guaranteed. This has never been a problem and I couldn't find anything to support her claims and neither could she. It was disappointing to have selected a specific room type and be told that it wasn't available purely because of who we booked through.

Nice place. Clean. Nice staff. Beautiful room and pool

Waited in line for 20 minutes to check in, only one desk clerk working. Mind you, this was 4:45pm. Lobby was full of people who had checked in but no rooms were available. By the time I checked in, still no Kings available for which I had reserved. I opted for a double that came available that I’m sure people in the lobby were waiting for. Total chaos and crazy to think that on a Saturday night no rooms would be available at 5:00!!!

Everything was perfect until 10pm at night when I tried to turn the heat on and nothing but cold air came out....it was freezing. I felt it was to late to inform the front desk.

Nice place, friendly staff, clean efficient rooms. Absolutely no negatives.

this is our fifth time coming to this holidome. we were still very happy with the hotel. we love the pool, hot tub, game room, and great staff. we would definetly return on our next family getaway.

Needed to get away from everyday life...spent ssometime in the. Hot tub which.was awesome then went to the pool-that could have been just s tad warmer-ate dinner at the hotel restaurant food was very good. Room was clean and bed was comfotable.hotel is located near several stores and restaurants. Easy on and off US 131.
