Very disappointed that the pool was out of order! The only warning was a small apology on the desk . We chose this hotel because of the Pool . Not likely that we would stay there the next time . No light when we walked into the room the fridge loud

The pool and hot tub were closed because someone put too much chemicals in. Ceiling above ice machine had s noticeable leak stain with mold. Had to move rooms at midnight due to loud noise coming from sir conditioner. The room we switched to had a lesking windows over thd night and water soaked 2 feet oc the carpet.hotel is very old but with the attempt to update, but should have done it properly.

The pool and hot tub were closed. I was bummed. :( The room was not very clear. There were visible stains on the furniture and the bed. There was hair left in the shower. The towels were old, rough and dirty. There was a super gross stain in the hallway...still fresh.

The hotel’s condition didn’t live up to the photos. The TV didn’t work, we attempted to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work. Maintenance man’s was unable to fix either, but was apologetic.
