As you exit the elevator and head to your room, there was a lingering smell of spice, weed, and urine. The room and bathroom reeked like urine. There was a mold growth ring inside the toilet. Existing drops of urine were visible in front of the toilet. It was disgusting! At this point, we didn’t want to change rooms as it was clear by the condition of the hotel, we weren’t going to get anything better and it was late in the evening. My husband just laid a couple of towels on the floor. Did notify guest services the next morning as we headed out to start our planned activities. They offered to go clean the room, but we rejected the offer. I explained, I booked/paid for the room and this should’ve been done prior. Plus, we were leaving and did not want people entering the room.
We also saw non-guest members walk in and out asking to use the bathroom. This was confirmed by guest relations telling them they weren’t allowed to take beverages from the breakfast area. One night, there was a large crowd of people drinking and playing loud music in the parking lot that spilled over to the Enterprise across the street. The area does not feel safe. We will never stay here again.
