You can easily walk to the best restaurants, breweries, and bars. If you prefer to drive, we've got you covered with one free parking spot in our private parking lot located right next to the building. Take a break and relax while enjoying a beer from the famous Bell's Brewery located just down the street. Restful sleep awaits you on our memory foam mattresses. Start your day with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar from our coffee bar.

This was my second time renting a loft in this building, and both experiences were top-notch! Love the space to spread out, a large kitchen for gathering, and the games kept my teenagers entertained. The space was clean, the bathrooms felt luxurious, and the bed linens were nice. Mattresses were a little firm for my liking, but nothing that would stop me from returning. My favorite part was watching Bimbo's make pizzas from the bathroom window! The hosts were great at communicating, and the building is fully accessible. We entered and exited with ease.
