I stayed here on 6/17/17 after being at D Day paintball for a week. I had my grandsons and 4 other boys with me trying to get rooms last minute before our return trip home to Illinois. Chris , the manager, was amazing, he gave us 2 king suites for way less then a regular room would cost,. Staff never complained about the boys, in fact they joked around with them. Totally satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Chris ! Very satisfied customer. Sharon Fuller, Westmont Il.

We were very impressed with our stay. The suite was very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety with a well maintained dining area with al fresco seating as well. We were highly impressed. There are several restaurants within walking distance including cheddars and Olive Garden as well as steak and shake.

I stayed at this property before on a Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend. Upon arrival the lobby was very clean and also smelled fresh. The front desk clerk greeted me and then came around desk to explain where my room was and about the evening reception/breakfast area. I though that added a nice little touch. I stayed in a king suite and the bedroom area of the suite was a little small. The room has been updated with new bedding and carpeting. Cleanliness of the room was also good. With the air conditioner on I really didn't notice any highway noise being next to highway. I would definitely stay at this property again.

After several nights at hotels with bad internet, we really appreciated the connection here. Unfortunately their outdoor hot tub was closed and the indoor one was tepid and looked like it needed cleaning. Perhaps it was broken too. We enjoyed the evening desserts/wine and snacks mixer. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was better than most hotel coffee. You will hear some traffic noise unless you use the a/c to mask the sound.

I've stayed at this property since it was built and have always enjoyed it, till my last visit. There were some serious housekeeping issues the first night that were to be addressed the next day. When I got back to my room, it hadn't been serviced at all. After making a call, someone from accounting came and changed the bedding while I was at dinner. They discounted my stay and gave me additional Marriott points, so this time I decided that I would give it another chance. I checked in, looked the room over thoroughly and decided it was good. Went to dinner, came back and sat down to watch tv and after an hour or so I noticed many little winged bugs on the wall and the lamp. Anywhere there was a light there were bugs. Called the desk and they sent someone up. He said they were attracted to the light, put his finger on each one to kill it. And that was about it. I understand that there are sometimes seasonal insect issues but where are they coming from?? By this time it's 930. I called the desk and said I would check out in the AM, 3days early (I had called around and everywhere I called was full or I would have left without staying the night). The mgr told me that they could move my room but I declined. When I was leaving I tested the South entrance door that says you must use your room key to enter....it opened with no key and a pull. Not something a woman traveling alone wants to see.

The accommodations here are the usual Residence Inn standard--spacious, clean, comfortable. What really sets this property apart are its staff. The desk clerk asked Patrick, the maintenance engineer on duty, to help my wife with our luggage while I parked the car. He noticed a mechanical noise coming from the fridge in the room. Knowing that the noise might get worse overnight, he worked with a desk clerk to find us another room and move us. This was certainly above and beyond his normal duties. We also found the breakfast room staff the next morning to be friendly and helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again if our travel plans take us through this area.

My hotel experience at the residence Inn Joplin was extraordinary. The staff was very understanding to my late arrival and made accommodations for me and my oversized vehicle. The room was very clean and accommodating. I will definitely stop here on my way through in the future.

I was here for a week with my wife and our dog. Everything was wonderful. We were greeted and given our room with a smiling face. We were right by the back elevator that made it so easy for us to get in and out of the room with our dog. Our room was right by the elevator, so those morning dog walks were right out the door and down the elevator and out the back door to the dog walk area. There is a large stir of grass that goes all the way to the highway for walking our dog. There was a trash can for poop bags and a place where poop bags would be (they were out). I used the gym a few times and ate breakfast almost every morning with great satisfaction. There was a pool that I did not get to use, but was getting used while I was there. There is also an outdoor pool that was closed for the winter with a tennis and basketball court. Our room had a closable door to the bed room for private and a kitchen to be able to make your own food if you want. The location is right off the highway and next to a bunch of restaurants on Rangeline Road. The Cheddars next door is wonderful. There is even a laundry facility onsite too. I highly recommend this place. Even more so if you are traveling with a pet.

We were on a road trip for just the two of us and found this gem of a property. We are Marriott Platinum Elite so stay at a lot of Marriotts and otherotels over the course of a year, but this property stands out. We were greeted by a very attentive front desk who solved a couple of small problems within minutes, The staff from room attendants to General Manager all excelled at their jobs. We would go back in a heartbeat if circumstance ever brought us down that highway again.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We found the staff friendly and attentive. The location is also very good, the highway is nearby and there are numerous food options. The breakfast provided at the hotel was better than most. The Cheddars Restaurant is right in front of the hotel and although we did not visit it was very busy, if we had stayed longer we would have gone.
