The late check in went well. Room was a little musty but overall clean

People shouting in the hallway at 3AM. Also people outside the hotel being loud.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and ill-prepared. Check-in was unacceptably slow and difficult. Room was paid through Orbitz, but the motel tried to charge again. Room was reserved for a visiting family member, but my local ID address prompted an immediate negative reply. Otherwise, just your normal, regular, low-mid-range motel.

Rooms were clean, roomy, staff were responsive. Would like cooked oatmeal for breakfast but the eggs were good.

I liked the location of the property, right next to a gas station and very near I-44. I also liked the "quality" for the price, since I wanted a pet friendly place, where I was ONLY spending 1 night, this place filled the bill. I had a patio, which was convenient since I had my dog, so I could just slide the French door open and go out, but then again I think that French door could be a security issue, although I don't think in that neighborhood you have to worry about that. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited, best if you come from a good Heartland state. Scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, kind of limited.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Did not care for the breakfast.

The property is old and looks like it is being remodeled. It is clean, the staff was a little short since we booked with Orbitz and not with them. We arrived a day before the original booking and tried to book that night by phone and the hotel would not allow it. We had to book another night on line in order to have somewhere to sleep. Very disappointed in this.

It was a nice stay. The hotel could use some updates. There was a smell in the hallway.

We needed a place to sleep and shower and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg. It was clean and comfortable. The address listed at the bottom of the orbitz page didn’t say “south” rangeline, just Rangleline rd and since I used my car gps and not the link in my phone, it put me in a different town. But, I called the desk when I was having trouble and she knew what had happened and helped me out. It’s a little older but very clean so I didn’t care. Great deal for the $
