The room was great but the customer service wasn't. An employee there tried to add a $20 cash fee to the booking. She claimed there was always a fee. But I've used this motel before with no cash fee.

Place was hard to find and shady. Check in was with a person on a computer screen. The room was ice cold and only had a thin blanket on the bed. Bed had hair in it, mattress was disgusting, mold on shower curtain, no shampoo or body wash, no hair dryer, no tissues, no coffee pot in room. If we hadnt gotten in so late and werent literally just there to sleep for a few hours, we would have gone somewhere else. Please do not stay here. It was not worth even the $60 price tag.

No actual front desk clerk, I talked to someone over a screen. Floor in room was sticky. Bathroom floor was buckled from water damage. Multiple fire alarms were chirping due to batteries dying. MULTIPLE fire alarms. Overall, one of the sketchiest places I have ever stayed. Do not ever recommend.

It was supposed to be a handcap room the tv didnt work. We had to change rooms to get a working tv. The first room they tried to change us to smelled of cat urine so we spent our second night with no tv. By the third and last night we were moved to room with a working tv and a somewhat lower bed. I had to have step stool to get into bed.

Tv reception was horrible shower was filthy when i went to check in it was like pulling teeth took almost a hour for them to figure out my reservation stuff staff wasnt helpful and the whole motel smelled like Marijuana badly do not recommend booking
