The bathroom and bath tub was stained and nasty the bed sheets were white but very dull

They had my reservation on the wrong day even though Orbitz confirmed the date I arrived. The parking lot was twice filled with cops taking away people. The first room I was given had not been cleaned--towels on the floor and the bed unmade. The second room was "clean", but there were stains on the sheets, a bug in the shower, and the smell of stale cigarettes (in a non-smoking room). The front desk clerk was very friendly, but obviously upset that "people always enter things wrong in the computer." A terrible experience. I know it's a cheap place, but I've stayed in cheap places that were at least clean.

no wifi...breakfast quality poor...hotel staff poor....i could not sleep...bed was not god....

Hotel can use a face lift. The bar was closed for remolding but we were not aware of this when we booked. Good location, close to Interstate and restaurants.

Paula checked us in at 3:30 am and was a total "c-u-next-Tuesday " If you catch my drift. She was watching tv in the lobby and let me get to the desk before asking "do you need something? " After getting past the bridge troll, the room wasnt half bad. The towels were soft, the bed was comfortable and stain free, everything that could be cleaned was clean. Even the coffepot and minifridge! Despite that, I kinda felt like I was on the set of 'The Shining' due to the outdated decor and permanent grandma's attic smell in the lobby. Lots of obvious water damage outside (stains, pooling water from air conditioning and cracks)Breakfast was kinda lame but every staff member spoke a greeting to me and I felt like I was at freakin Disneyland! I would probably stay again but mostly for the LOLs and the great price. Definitely better than anything else in its price range.

room was unclean from top to bottom. sheets were stained and dirty, floors I did not want even my dogs on.

The room had a bad Oder, we would not stay here again.

I would not be surprised if they rented this place out by the hour! It was so gross and reeked of cigarettes even in the smoke free room.

This was a great hotel for my type of visit in the area. I am a minister and was there to see a relative in the hospital. The room was comfortable and the staff was great in helping me find a restaurant that night and very helpful in the morning when I checked out. I was more than happy with the accommodations and hotel.

Please listen to the other reviews and do not stay at this hotel. It was dirty, loud, and very close to a nightclub. When we first arrived, the odor in the room was very bad. It smelled like urine (probably because we were in a pet room that was not properly cleaned), and the shower curtain was sour. The tub did not drain, so we got to take a shower in standing water. We were also next to a smoking room and had to smell the awful smoke all night long. There was also lots of activity outside of the room in the middle of the night, and we could hear the LOUD music from the nightclub right behind the hotel. We should have listened to the other reviews and stayed at one of the many other hotels in the area.

first off the heater was very poor, room never got over 65, second the table in my room the top was falling off, third there was trash under the bed from the previous guest, fourth it advertised free wyfy, the first room I had was intermittent, the second was not at all. I would not stay there again. I work in Jackson and I stayed there because of weather, next time I will brave the elements before staying there

The bedding was unclean and stained. The bathroom was dirty shower curtain was filthy and i bought cleaning supplies left them there while i went to funeral came back and they were gone. The mattress was not equipped with bed bug protection and they use standard pillows and pillow slips like would be at home with no protective covering on them which is disgusting. This place is more expensive than it is worth even though price is low. Pictures are not accurate n does not show the true condition

Nice employees, quiet place and very clean. Close to shopping and dining. Only drawback-it did not have a coffee pot in the room.

We stayed here for one night and it was a great experience. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and the room was clean. Right in front of the pool!! I will definitely stay here again!

The non-smoking rooms reeked of smoked. The sheets were old and falling apart. Things looked dirty all around the room. The refrigerator did not work. The room was noisy. The "Lounge" could be heard in my room at night. The people hanging out outside could be heard through my room. I did not sleep well here.

This was a very decent motel. The staff was excellent and I would visit this motel again.

Hotel is like a 1960's-era Ramada surrounding a courtyard with a pool. It was cheaper than the nearby Motel 6 and a larger, nicer room. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was a bit out of whack, but everything else in the room worked fine. The ice machine was also on the fritz, and the "free hot breakfast" left a lot to be desired--but for the price paid, my experience there was a good value.

The pool was nice, but not open very late. It closed at 9:00pm. Our fridge did not work. The morning breakfast consisted of cereal, muffins, biscits, and canned gravy; it wasn't very good. I went to get breakfast at 8:30 and they were making more coffee and getting more juice. I waited until she was finished and asked if she was going to have more gravy. She wasn't very pleasant about making it, but did upon my request. All of the staff except her were friendly.

I enjoyed the hotel, although the descriptions were a bit misleading. Said Queen sized beds, but they were clearly full beds. And said free hot breakfast, was expecting a bit more variety like eggs and a waffle maker but overall was a nice place. Very clean, and staff is very friendly.

The desk staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and presentable. The only con was the highway noise.
