After driving 12 hours, we got to the front desk to check in and was told that they had no rooms, even though we had already booked in advance. Now they are not wanting to refund my money.
Extremely dated and overpriced restaurant. $8 for a side salad that was less than one you get at a fast food restaurant. Room smelled off, and needed repair. Employees were their only redeeming factor.
The property was clean and guidelines were followed. Service was quick and friendly.

It was a pleasant stay. Didn’t realize it was next to a hospital. Lots of sirens. No TV guide to let you know what was playing on the channels. I did enjoy receiving a bottle of water each day when I headed out into the hot summer days. Staff was very helpful. I thought $8 for oatmeal and a banana was a little expensive, considering I went to the restaurant to get it.
We did find two spiders in the room for which the staff apologized for
The staff was great and personally texted me. The room was outdated. The air conditioner made a lot of noise and it was hard to sleep. For $159 a night, I wish it wasn’t better maintained and included free breakfast.
Staff is very nice. Property doesn’t seem up kept but it’s ok.

The hotel is nice, staff was pleasant The hallway leading to the room had an odor. Also, the bath tub drain was clogged so whem taking a shower it filled with water. The carpet was wet from the foot of the bed to the heating/AC unit. I did find what looked like a baby roach or water bug in the bathroom as well.
My room was okay. Pool was great as it was heated. There was some old socks in my room from the last guest. The room was outdated but was acceptable. Expected more for a Hilton hotel. Staff was good.
Great location that was convenient to everything. Nice amenities. Sunday brunch was very good and reasonably priced.
