The room was smaller than expected but clean. 1/3 of the sockets didn't work for our chargers, which was an inconvenience. It was quiet until early morning when people started leaving. Breakfast provided many choices.
This was my first stay at this hotel. The check-in process was very strange. The breakfast items were lacking and missing. The room was in a good location, but this is a MOTEL. The Motel needs updating to newer features. There were not enough plugs for my computes and charging my mobile devices. The air conditional works well, but the air is musty and moldy. Overall great access to I40. Customer Service at desk can be argumentative instead of welcoming. No business center and spotty WiFi. People smoke outside their rooms so you can smell the smoke in the rooms. The room needed maintenance. The hotel is priced very cheap, but be aware.
We were moving across the country and had to stay in quite a few different hotels. this was the worst of them all. The room was small, dark, smelled musty, and the tiny bathroom smelled like no one cleans the floor around the toilet (if you get my drift). It was also tucked away and I didn't feel especially safe there. Nothing happened but a little creepy on the ground floor. The lobby and the people were nice enough, and the beds were ok. Just not really up to par for the price we paid.
Hotel is a little dated but staff was great. The bathroom is small not much room. Great pool for the kids. Not bad if you want to save money and have a place to sleep. The. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. Like I said great for the value. It is around all the restaurant and shopping areas, that's a plus.
This facility could really use a good facelift. I used my points on a trip back to Texas from the east coast and felt it should have been "cost" much less point wise. When I got to the room the window was wide open. The curtains were closed and I only noticed because I decide to look out and check on my car. Guess that was the reason the room was hot when we checked in. The breakfast was average. Don't think I would stay here again.
Disgusting! Rude service from manager and horrible girl named Sammy (also hitting on my husband in front of son) Really dirty. Scary drunks in parking lot. Stray dogs running around. Would not doubt they hire by hour
Looking at ratings will tell you this is a good hotel, but it was not for us. Very disappointed in our stay. We booked a non smoking room, and it smelled like we were in a bar. In fact the whole floor did. Very dated. The hallway was missing ceiling tiles, floors were old worn and dirty, even stains and dirt on walls. This was the kind of place you would expect to stay for $20 not a $80 place at all. Don't stay here.
I am elderly and have trouble with steps and long walks. When we pulled into the parking lot and it was raining. There was a parking space right next to the awning. I guess they were expecting us so we stayed there. The room was easy to get to and clean.
After a long day of travel, we stayed at the Quality Inn in Jackson, Tennessee. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. They serve a continental breakfast that met our needs.
This place is great! I had a king single. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. They even had the heat on in the room while it was vacant so it wasn't ice cold when I arrived. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hot breakfast was good - preformed egg, sausage, and ham patties, OJ, cereal, waffle maker... the works. Good fresh fruit, too. It's only 2 minutes off of the interstate but somehow far enough away to be quiet. Facilities could use a facelift, but really, it's a Quality Inn, so that's to be expected - it's a sacrifice you make for low room rates. And I'd make that sacrifice every time.
