This is the second time i stay there. The location is very central and the room was great! Breakfast is good but hoped to have whole wheat bread ( maybe there was and I didn't see it). I was booked to a smoking room but upon check in, the gentleman at the reception desk found out that i booked non smoking room so they immediately upgraded me to the 10th floor.

This is a good hotel, nice lobby/bar, good housekeeping, relatively good sized room for a Turkish/European hotel. The staff was nice, but nothing special. There's a lack of basic amenities in other hotels, though, which might come from this hotel being a bit more on the luxury side, I guess. The online profile made it seem as if free wifi was included, but you had to pay to use it in your room. It was free in the lobby, but it kept not working and the staff wouldn't fix it, which got frustrating.

Hotel is located in convenient location, close to Taksim metro and about 10 mins walk to Havatas bus stop to both airports. Breakfast provided is plenty. Croissant and coffee are disappointing. Everything else is pretty good. I was put in the loud room on second floor. I opened the curtain to look outside and there were tons of air conditioner condensers. They were very loud at night. I am a heavy sleeper and woke up at 3 am because of this. I did not get good sleep at this hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights over the weekend and I wish I did not get this room. Elevators are small and slow at times especially from my floor (need to take it up to breakfast). A friend of mine called from outside to my room and was connected to a fax so I missed that call. I would recommend this hotel solely because of its location and price.

it was my first time to be in Istanbul. So I cannot compare to the other, However, I recomend this hotel for your reasonabole staying. That is, clean room, comfortable bathroom, friendly staffs...so on. I would like to come back here!

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Got a great rate last-minute online. The staff was not the most helpful (couldn't direct me to Starbucks 3 blocks away; no walking map of the immediate vicinity; aggressiveh bellboy that offered no assistance but to grab my carryon and open my room). Wifi in the room 12 Euro, but free in the lobby. Room was really noisy, even with the double pane window. Also could hear people talking outside as well as in the hallyways; had to sleep with earplugs. Great free breakfast with a view on top floor! Tiny bad bathroom layout.

Cons: The shower did not work correctly, which had very low water pressure and they did not fix it or move us. The floor we were on was supposed to be non-smoking but the people across the hall was smoking so much that it clouded the hallway and the smell was in our room. When I informed the hotel, they said they would address it and did absolutely noting. I must have called the front desk 5 times and still they did not address the issue. On top of all of that, all the rooms we rented, none of them had air conditioning and only heat would come out when we tried to put the AC on. We tried to sleep with the window open where you can hear everything going on in the streets. The pillows they use were also very uncomfortable! Plus, we placed the towels on the floor for change and they placed the same towels back on the rack as if they were new. We knew they were the same because of a stain that was on them. Pros: They were nice.

This hotel is located in an excellent area of Istanbul for sightseing and the ease of transportation. I had heard many things about Hotels in Instanbul that wasn't favorable, but the Eresin lives up to it's reputation. It was very clean and the staff was helpful.

The service was excellent. The metro was only a 5 minute walk. There was a lot of restaurant options near the hotel. The only negative thing was the the pillows and bed were not that comfortable.

Great location & food was excellent, lots of shopping malls. I'll come back again!

This hotel is located in the heart of Taksim, close to metro and airport shuttle busses. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I need during my short stay. Hotel personnel was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good too. I would stay there next time I visit Istanbul.

The hotel amenities listed on the web site include airport shuttle. This does not exist but when asked the hotel personnel offered to obtain a shuttle to the airport. This was at a considerately higher cost than what my wife obtain through the taxi that took her from the airport to the hotel. We will not use this hotel for future stays in Istanbul.
