It is a quaint french inspired hotel. There is a small grocery store and fresh fruit/veggie stores next door. Friendly and helpful staff. My room was a little apartment with a small kitchenette to do your own cooking. The breakfast inclusion was varied and of high quality and ample. It is close walking distant to Taksim square so central to everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well the rooms r not at all like what it shows in the images...hotel is tooooo small. Lift can accommodate only 3 persons that too without any luggage. Location is undoubtedly good!! The negative point is the steep steps which u have to take to reach this hotel

I booked this hotel after doing a lot of research. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was given a room that did not at all match the description on my reservation. After seeing the room, I went back to the front desk and said it seemed that I was given the wrong room. I showed him the description (which included balcony, jetted tub, fireplace and more). He blamed hotels.com for the incorrect description and told me there was actually only one room in the entire hotel that had a jetted tub. Although he was not rude, he was not interested in improving the situation - his solution was to move me to a balcony room...if I paid the difference in price. I don't know whether it was the hotel's fault or hotels.com's fault, but regardless, it was very disappointing not to receive what I booked and not to feel like there was any empathy for the situation. The room was also exceptionally loud (and I normally am not bothered at all by noise). On the bright side, the hotel location was good, with convenient access to restaurants, markets and attractions.

Good hotel stay. The hotel is located in a small neighborhood at the bottom of a steep hill. WiFi was ok. We were told that an airport shuttle would cost us a certain price but they never mentioned that it was in Euros until they wanted us to pay and we didn’t have euros. We were on the 5th floor, ceilings were too low we all kept hitting our heads on it

Worst booking

I booked through hotels.com but when we reached there we found no reservations and no available rooms, we stayed around half an hour where they were trying to look for us in a hotel with availble room. First hotel was under revolution and the smell and noise and workers all around, then we came back to the hotel trying to find another. We had to wait more time until the reception is available to take us to other hotel. Coz we were late we had to go by ourselves holding our bags for a long distance and a hotel in bad place where they have no rooms except small one ground floor. Worst booking ever
