Good location. Beautiful infrastructures and Equipment but not fitting the five stars standards in terms of hospitality and welcome. In addition, the spa are not too clean because the showrr is not mandatory for visitors and the pool served for swiming school.the breakfast is incomplète and the bread is not fresh. At the end, You Can spend 15minutes for moving..
Nice stay and nice stuff lovely place to be A good location near restaurants and coffee shops 200 meters from taksim square The room was big and clean and nice equipped The breakfast bar was average Need a little bit renovation in some areas
Its very pretty looking the setup and everything is beautiful the staff are very friendly but barely understand any english or arabic so its really hard to ask for something or get something through to them. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are so small that when you open the door of the bathroom or shower the entire bathroom is closed off. The bathtub is so small and dark even when the lights are on because the lighting in the whole room is so unacceptable. There are no tv channels even something just to pass the time you have no access to anything and you can order movies but you have to pay an additional charge. The shower head in the shower is not in the middle it is off to the right side so while attempting to take a shower you will have to stick to the wall in order to try to get the water on you and everytime you take the shower head off the hook so that you can move it around urself it will turn off and the water will start to come from the shower faucet. The food from room service is alright and clean compared to other restaurants in the area but not too tasteful. As you enter and leave the hotel you will be hassled by beggers and sellers that will grab on to you and refuse to leave you alone. There is a arabic disco/nightclub hidden nearby and all you can hear from about 11 pm to 5am is them. The loud dabkeh style music alone with the shoutting out of names etc. its not that loud if you have everything shut, but you can still hear it. The view from the balcony is nice and the room service is friendly except they come to knock on your door to start cleaning at 8am. If they see you dont want cleaning this will come back every ten minutes until they disturb you so much that you dont want to sleep anymore it was absolutely unacceptable. No "do not disturb" signs or door handle hangers will be provided. The gym is only open a few hours a day during midday which is typically the time youre too busy to go and the pool in indoor and underground. Overall i wasnt too impressed with this supposed luxury hotel.
I stayed in this hotel with my Aunt for 3 nights, everything was great room was very big and clean, and breakfast was awesome, and the neighborhood was good just 5 minutes walk to Taqsim square, staff were nice and helpfull.
My husband and I went to this hotel for 3 nights. I think this hotel was normal. Situation was good and near the best street and expensive for shopping. The name is nishan tashi. All the famous brands are there. The pool was beautiful and The sauna can you see swimming pool. But water was soo cold. Breakfast was ordinary. The room was small and i didn't like the bathroom.
i pass in sgegnd of decembre whid five friends at this beautiful hotel centre of Istanbul all services is good staff very nice room big and clean, for this price is very good i come back again whid all friends
We stayed from Dec 1st to Dec 6th, it was a great stay. breakfast was great, service was excellent and the staff were excellent. Rooms are very good but little small, bath rooms ate very good. Cleanliness is very good and it has so many facilities. The thing is it's location. In general it is excellent and we enjoyed our stay.
During my last night there was a time change in Europe and I called the reception around 3.45 am to check if that was the case in Turkey also and the night receptionist told me that the time change had occurred and of course I changed my alarm clock according the information I got from the reception. In the morning I called the reception checking the time again around 6.20 am and the same receptionist told me that it was already 7.20 and that there was no time change in Turkey ??? I was amazed about the wrong information I got from the reception. My flight from Ataturk Airport was at 9.35 and I went down to the reception asking why I got this wrong information ? The night staff was not available anymore at 7.30 , there was a female receptionist telling me that There is nothing the hotel can do and I asked many times why I got the wrong information and she told me that the night staff did not know about the time change ??? Very very strange, how can you work in the reception of 4 stars hotel and you don't know about the time change and you give wrong information to the clients. I was telling the female receptionist that the hotel should arrange and pay my taxi to the airport. She denied that and was not co-operating nor service minded at all. I was very angry and had to take the taxi to the airport and pay 89 liras . I have also sent 2 emails to the hotel and they never replied to my feedback. Very poor behaviour from the hotel. I CAN NOT reommend this hotel. Avoid it
It is not perfect, but good because: 1-The room cleaning does not run in the morning after breakfast. It is run at the rest time in the afternoon while you are sleep.it is a great fault. 2-The variety of breakfast is poor VS other hotels in neighborhood, but some of them are tasty, such as Sausage,Joice and breads. 3-the location of hotel is near to main road and car-way,no need extra walk by luggage's. 4-the location of hotel is in vertical way( just walk ) ,VS other hotels in horizontal way( car way and noisy) 5-Staffs speak English well VS other hotels. 6-the breakfast area is small. 7-no more facilities found in the room VS other hotels such as shoes wax, nail tools,... 8-find lots of information in lobby and room such as city maps, metro map, shopping mall magazine,...,VS not found in other hotels. 9-you can not find vacuum tools to Bundle caps your luggage's. 10-....
We stayed with my family in August 2015 and we really enjoyed there.Near the hotel a lot of restaurants which offer different types of food and you have a supermarkets around.only 10 minutes to city center (on foot).the staff was really friendly specily the youngue man(celjuck).I really enjoyed my 4days stay there
