Very good location and staff. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Although we were facing a busy street we did not hear any noise. The highlight was that the breakfast was excellent. Many varieties of food with good quality and good service. I would rate it close to a five star.

I love how this hotel is in the centre of everything and within walking distance and easy access to tourist spots. The staff were super friendly especially Harun Aslan, he was the best and Richmond Hotel are lucky to have him. He was always so helpful and kind. I wish him all the best. The only negative thing were the steps to the front desk, they should have a ramp or add escalator. I saw some elderly people struggle to go up and down the steps. The breakfast also that was included was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! We were greeted by the sweetest female concierge. I'm so sorry I forgot her name. However, if for some reason she's not around, everyone was super pleasant, gave great recommendations and were always available for any questions we had. Rooms were very clean and pretty spacious. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast in the morning had alot of options as well. Overall, we would definitely return!
