1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay
We had a very bad experience at this hotel.
At check-in (2:00 PM), our room was not ready, and we ended up waiting until 2:40 PM with no proper explanation or excuse. Even though I explained to the staff that we were extremely tired after an early morning flight, they simply advised us to wait in the lobby, and even suggested we order tea or coffee with extra charges!!!
We had two rooms, and while one of them had the AC working perfectly, our room had no AC at all. When we asked for help, they told us the AC wasn’t working because it’s “winter time”, even though the temperature was 22°C. The funny part is that the other room had AC! We needed the AC because opening the window meant dealing with a lot of noise and mosquitoes, which made it impossible to rest.
Once we finally got the room, it was far from clean, the bathroom and bathtub were dirty, the bed sheets didn’t look fresh, and even the carpets were not clean.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The restaurant had dirty chairs, unclean tables, and even the tea cups were not properly washed.
On top of that, our room key kept malfunctioning, and we had to pass by reception every single time to fix it.
To make things worse, many staff members were rude and unprofessional.
This is absolutely NOT a 5-star hotel, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
