The room was nice enough, the bed was really comfortable. We did ask for an upgrade and were willing to pay, but they said they had nothing available. The staff were ok, not great. Service was slow. The Turkish breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. We probably would go back to Istanbul, but definitely would never stay at this hotel again.

Great location, beautiful, clean room, helpful staff. Enjoyed the piano player in the lobby. Partial sea view room was spacious and comfortable, but the view was mainly of the huge Hyatt hotel. Overall a wonderful stay in a vibrant part of the city.

This trip to Istanbul became even more memorable thanks to this hotel. Everyone who works here was incredibly kind, and even when we had small or inconvenient requests, they always helped us with such pleasant and warm service. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were welcomed by a lovely scent, and everything was spotless and perfectly clean. The bed was so comfortable that we slept deeply every night. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the breakfast. Starting each day with such a generous and delicious meal was wonderful. And I want to give special thanks to the manager, Tutuk, who always prepared the drinks we requested even before we arrived. I truly appreciate her thoughtful service. The location was also absolutely perfect—wherever we went, everything was easy and convenient. I would love to visit again next year, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

This was one of two hotels, and Divan was my favorite. The staff was extremely present and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, the furniture looked perfect with no scratches or tears. The entire place smelled great along with the towels and bedding. I highly recommend this hotel for the location too. The bathroom was perfect as well.

Fantastic Hotel

Where do I start? My husband and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. truly outstanding service and they try to go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand!
