I visited Istanbul November 17th through the 28th for a dental implant procedure for my mother. Everything about this hotel was going great at first the entire staff was very friendly and courteous and most were fluent in English which was helpful especially being in a foreign country so far from home Newyork. The issue came three days before our stay ended i lost my wallet while inside the lobby making the line to ask the front desk for directions to the mall, that morning in particular there were a lot of new guests checking in every that hour was chaotic from having to wait like 15 minutes on the line to loosing my wallet without noticing anything wrong until I checked my pockets and it was gone. This hotel has good potential bit horrible management. Its 3 star at best, the rugs are filthy, they place smells of smoke, no wash clothes, AC didnt work, hotel staff was rude. There was an argument in the lobby with a guest and the manager was rude and did not de-escalate the situation. Told the guest he could not have 3 people in his room and the thirs person was a friend who was just waiting for his room to get ready. ( to i had 3 in mine) service was slow and the restaurant was horrible. Took us 10 min to get water. Don't bother getting an omelette or have them cook eggs for you. They use way too much oil. It tasted absolutely disgusting and the person cooking looks 18. I would never stay at this place again..
