Overall the location and the pool made my one night stay pleasant. Hotel is close to two underground stations, and the busy Istiklal Caddesi yet quiet. I stayed in a single room which had what I can only describe as the smallest single bed imaginable, couldn't even turn around and I am a small person. It was more like a child bed. Room could easily have accommodated a small double bed or simply a normal size single bed. Hotel was clean and stylish throughout. The terrace could be so much nicer with small touches. Breakfast had plenty choice but unfortunately not the best quality. Some staff were very welcoming, others looked fed up. Guests could hear the argument coming from kitchen during breakfast. All in all a nice hotel which could be even better with small improvements here and there.

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel de Pera, very reasonable price, very clean rooms, great location one minute walking to Istiklal street, nice breakfast with amazing view, the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful, special thank you of Olcay, Tarik and Ameer who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable at the hotel. Quiet hotel with a very nice staff. However, the comforter was stained with a red/orange substance, so I felt uneasy about the cleanliness. I’d stay at a different hotel for a multi-day stay, but it was fine for one day.
