The property is located within walking distance to historical sites and priced appropriately, hotel attendants manage the property 24/7, are accommodating, and provide detailed information on historical venues and transportation, and eager to offer the occasional espresso, Turkish delight sweets and coffee, and water. Ali was wonderful! He gave us the most warm welcome possible! Hotel is in a great area surrounded by shopping and restaurants, as well as historic sites. Will definitely come back!

Arrived past midnight and they were able to arrange an airport transfer to the hotel to take the hassle put of arriving at that hour. 24/7 front desk who is always willing to help you and make a plan for the day. The boys at the front desk were very friendly and provided restaurant recommendations as well as recommendations for things to do in Istanbul. They upgraded our room to the family suite which was awesome. Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Hagia Sophia and so many attractions as well as the tram. Really enjoyed our stay here and recommend the property!

The location is absolutely amazing, it's basically right behind the Hagia Sophia, the walk takes about 3-5 mins. It's beautiful to be able to just hangout around the two iconic mosques at any given time especially with low crowds at certain times. The concierge, Ali, was extremely friendly, helpful and you can ask him for any guidance.

I highly recommend staying here as it's centrally located, just a short walk from the Sultanahmet tram station. There's also a supermarket on the next street. I will definitely be coming back!

I’m telling you right now, there is NO better hotel to stay at in your trip to Istanbul! One: it is extremely convenient as it’s a 4 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Two: the staff was truly amazing! Always asking me if I needed anything, going out of their way to make sure all my needs are met. I even needed some souvenirs shipped back home and as it is a family run business, the owners cousin offered to ship my things back home for a GREAT price! Truly a great group of people that really make you feel at home. Thank you again! Will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Istanbul!

Hotel is okay for this class, but the host was terrible. Very pushy people and keep on trying to sell me bs services. When I arrived the room wasn't clean but the cleaner did some work and fixed it.
