Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle sehr sehr nett! Wir mussten, bzw. Wollten das Zimmer wechseln, innerhalb von 24 Std ist dad Hotel unserem Wunsch nachgekommen. Einen großen Lob möchten wir an Herrn Abdurrahman erteilen, der uns täglich nach Wünschen gefragt und uns jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht begrüßt hat. Auch die tägliche Fahrt zum Taximplatz war mit ihm ein Erlebnis! Im Gesamten ist das Hotelteam sehr zuvorkommend. Einen kleinen Makel hat das Hotel: Und zwar sind die Zimmerwände sehr lärmdurchlässig, dass man leider sogar die Duschbrause Nachts um 2 Uhr hört und dadurch aufwacht. Vielleicht kann man dieses Problem lösen :) Liebe Grüße Kaya-Erden

İstanbul'un kalbinde mükemmel bir otel! Daha kapıdan girer girmez otelin mis gibi kokusu ve tertemiz havası sizi karşılıyor. Sabah saat 10.00'da gelmemize rağmen check-in saati beklemeden odamıza alındık- bu kadar nazik ve profesyonel bir karşılamayı uzun zamandır görmemiştik. Odalar modern, ferah ve inanılmaz konforlu. Yataklar bulut gibi, yastıklar ise şimdiye kadar kullandığım en rahat yastiklardı. Banyosu tam bir tasarım harikası ve otelin her köşesi pırıl prıl. Günlük temizlik mükemmel yapılıyor, hatta camlar bile her gün siliniyor. Ve bu oteli gerçekten özel kılan şey: ekibi. Bellboy Abdurrahman, profesyonelliği, dikkati ve zarafetiyle otelin kalbi. Söylemeden ihtiyaçlarınızı anlıyor, her detay incelikle hallediyor. Sercan, Erkan ve Hasan Bey misafirlerle birebir ilgilenen, her zaman güler yüzlü yöneticiler. Garson Esra Nur Hanım ise sabah kahvaltılarını enerjisiyle bir keyfe dönüştürüyor. Kisacası; konfor, temizlik ve misafirperverliğin mükemmel birleşimi. Bu ekiple TRYP by Wyndham Beyoğlu sadece bir otel değil, unutulmaz bir denevim. Burada yapılmaması ge tek şey: otelden ayrılmak.
