I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Fatima Kutlucan Navruz, the Guest Relations Manager, whose warm welcome and thoughtful attentiveness made me feel instantly at home. She embodies the spirit of Turkish hospitality, is graceful and kin always one step ahead in anticipating guests' needs. Her personal touches made my experience feel unique and deeply appreciated.
