We had internal company meetings at ballroom. Buffet breakfast was average, buffet lunch was good. The service was ok. The ceiling of the rooms is high and lighting was good. Internet was terrible, I'm writing this review over my hotspot.
The optimal place to stay in the Asian side. Meat and salad were nice. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff, especially we will thank Mr.Bektasoglu again for his kind interest in solving the room problem.
First of all, the room they put us in was horrendous. It was an already small, standard guest room but they arranged it in such a way that the closet and TV was embedded in a huge wall that divided the room into two; thus making the room smaller and claustrophobic. So we asked them for another room. The receptionist kindly told us that they had no rooms available. Now, this I can understand. But I remember years back when it was my first time as a guest, they upgraded me to a business class room for the same reason. I’ve been a loyal customer for years after that and now suddenly you cannot extend your hospitality to accommodating me as you did when I first stepped foot in your hotel? Once you guarantee me as a customer your service stops there? Nothing to reward your loyal customers? My advice; check the room when you go there before settling in. Then, late at night we were disturbed by cigarette smoke (our room and floor was non-smoking) that was so bad as if someone was chain-smoking next to our room. As if this was not enough, until 2 o’clock at night, we heard the constant banging of doors. May I remind you that they advertise their rooms as “soundproof”. Cherry on top was a member of staff entering our room when we had just woken up and indecent, without knocking! Needless to stay, this hotel won’t be my first-choice next time. My advice to the management: Reward your loyal customers! It’s not enough to hand out fancy plastic club membership cards that is good for damn all…
This is a very clean and nice hotel. Room was quiet. Also, I heard from others that this is a good location hotel but I didn't venture around as I was only there for a business meeting. No complains about the hotel
It's our first stay at this hotel and we definitely decided to stay here any time we go to Istanbul. Firstly, the hotel rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. Especially, we like that there were no carpets in the room. It was very easy to access places like shopping malls. Moreover, I highly recommend a family stay because of the safety of the area.
Good location in Asian side. Rooms - according to the Radisson standard, good facilities, no too big. Very good offer for all 3 meals. The entire staff - professional, quick. Internet connection - very good speed. Large lobby area.
The staff were all very friendly. The room was perfect, very stylish and clean. The room had an easy to use safe. I had food in the restaurant both nights and was really surprised at how good the food was. So would recommend eating there.
good & easy interance quite rooms nice view , clean rooms & furniture nice team also Its in the middle of many restaurants & supermarkets, its the second visit for me I will advice my friends to visit this hotel , but at the end the prices need some discount
Hotel staff are okay. However rooms are small. AC doesnt work properly its weak, when i asked the staff he told me because the hotel is fully occupied. Lighs in the room are weak. If it wasnt close to a clinic that i was visitingg i would have changed the hotel. Standard rooms are exactly the same as the business class rooms.
This hotel is situated in the Asia part of Istanbul. I stayed here for only two days and I must say it is the perfect hotel if you are attending business in this area. The hotel has everything you need. From a great breakfast to a nice restaurant in the evening (I did not have time to go out - so the two nights I spend here, I had to have dinner at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and beds are so nice. The service at the hotel was very good. Would not recommend it if you are here for pleasure. Choose a hotel in the European part of Istanbul instead.
