It was a great experience , great service , wonderful hospitality , very good quality of food , definitely I will visit it again , good spa , close to downtown and very good location , well trained staff
When I was checking in I was told that I had to pay 800 Turkish lira deposit for my 17-night stay. I was told that they usually asked their guests for 100 lira a day deposit but they will be flexible for me with just 800. Since my company pays my trip and I don't carry a company credit card, I asked them if they could simply check every day and then if need be, charge me if any mini bar consumption. They refused to do that. After some talk we reached an agreement that they will send an order form to the company but yet they had to take 100 Turkish lira deposit from me. It felt like bargaining with a street market seller. Wi-Fi was so poor I wasn't able to connect so instead of working from my hotel room in the evenings I had to stay at the office only for the good internet connection (getting wi-fi at Strabucks or other cafes requires a Turkish phone number or local ID number). There was a wedding or some other celebration in the hotel on a Sunday and there was super loud music until past midnight. This is very unsettling when one needs to get up at 6 am on the next day. On another weekday there was a public rock concert at a venue very close to the hotel and once again there was loud music until late in the night. Overall stay was pretty poor considering this to be a 5-star hotel.
I love it its amazing and i will come again because it is the best hotel in istanbul asian part for me i enjoyed it a lot and the crew is very friendly and helpful i would recommend it yo all my family and friends
I spent 3 night here for business purposes. Easy close to many business meetings I had to attend. Quick access to main highways. Still a reasonable distance to Ataturk airport even though you have to cross the bridge. Room is clean, modern, interesting layout, with iron (key feature for me). Smooth check-in and out. Good breakfast selection. I had 3 dinners there as well which were all good and for a good price. I will certainly use it again.
We had internal company meetings at ballroom. Buffet breakfast was average, buffet lunch was good. The service was ok. The ceiling of the rooms is high and lighting was good. Internet was terrible, I'm writing this review over my hotspot.
The optimal place to stay in the Asian side. Meat and salad were nice. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff, especially we will thank Mr.Bektasoglu again for his kind interest in solving the room problem.
First of all, the room they put us in was horrendous. It was an already small, standard guest room but they arranged it in such a way that the closet and TV was embedded in a huge wall that divided the room into two; thus making the room smaller and claustrophobic. So we asked them for another room. The receptionist kindly told us that they had no rooms available. Now, this I can understand. But I remember years back when it was my first time as a guest, they upgraded me to a business class room for the same reason. I’ve been a loyal customer for years after that and now suddenly you cannot extend your hospitality to accommodating me as you did when I first stepped foot in your hotel? Once you guarantee me as a customer your service stops there? Nothing to reward your loyal customers? My advice; check the room when you go there before settling in. Then, late at night we were disturbed by cigarette smoke (our room and floor was non-smoking) that was so bad as if someone was chain-smoking next to our room. As if this was not enough, until 2 o’clock at night, we heard the constant banging of doors. May I remind you that they advertise their rooms as “soundproof”. Cherry on top was a member of staff entering our room when we had just woken up and indecent, without knocking! Needless to stay, this hotel won’t be my first-choice next time. My advice to the management: Reward your loyal customers! It’s not enough to hand out fancy plastic club membership cards that is good for damn all…
This is a very clean and nice hotel. Room was quiet. Also, I heard from others that this is a good location hotel but I didn't venture around as I was only there for a business meeting. No complains about the hotel
It's our first stay at this hotel and we definitely decided to stay here any time we go to Istanbul. Firstly, the hotel rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. Especially, we like that there were no carpets in the room. It was very easy to access places like shopping malls. Moreover, I highly recommend a family stay because of the safety of the area.
Good location in Asian side. Rooms - according to the Radisson standard, good facilities, no too big. Very good offer for all 3 meals. The entire staff - professional, quick. Internet connection - very good speed. Large lobby area.
- Free WiFi and wired Internet in rooms and public areas
