This is probably my 7th or 8th stay at CVK Taksim, and there's no way I'd choose anywhere else whenever I visit Istanbul. Everything is great as always, from the warm welcome at reception by Ms. Ilayda to the clean rooms, the tasty breakfast, and the warm, genuine smiles from the ladies at the restaurant and all the staff. Special thanks to Umran, who always makes our stay perfect with his service and professionalism. Umran goes above and beyond every single time, and he remembers our preferences even between visits. The location is arguably the best and the staff is a standout! Ayoub at reception was particularly helpful and friendly. The concierge staff also offered great assistance in booking transport, and taking care of the luggages, including loading in the vehicle.
