The hotel is more than acceptable, in terms of structure, modern features, and the basics. Room service is fast but the food selection is poor, and very few dishes that reflect the region at all. Club sandwiches, Buffalo wings, and pizza outweigh anything Turkish. I requested room service three times and my room was only cleaned once in 5 days/4 nights. I requested amenities from room service (spoons) that were not delivered after three requests, and the tea spoon in the room was far too filthy to use. I had a Turkish colleague make these requests in Turkish, so this was not a language barrier. I was just ignored.

Everything was excellent, from the service to the staff, to the facilities. Breakfast was good, but expensive. We will stay there again on our next trip to Istanbul.

I have stayed here 4 times now and each visit has been great. The location is excellent, located within 5 minutes of the Kadikoy boat area for easy and comfortable access to the European side tourist attractions as well as the Prince's Islands. Very easy access from Ataturk Airport requires only a short taxi ride to the Bakırköy Seabus Terminali and then a 20 minute sea bus ride to Kadikoy rather than an hour long and expensive taxi over the Bosphorus Bridge . There are also dolmus, taxis and city buses in abundance. Also, a very short walk to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!
