This is not a 5 star hotel and not in keeping with the pedigree of Hilton Properties. Basic amenities not provided on multiple occasions (towels, shower gel, Shampoo) and non- functional air conditioning. The Steam room is broken and leaks scalding hot water onto the floor. The rooftop bar pumps out bass music until midnight. The filming of a show in the hotel lobby takes priority in traffic over guests. Hotel reception staff seemingly uninterested in issues with the property and on some occasions became combative. On top of a terrible 6 night stay, the hotel has fraudulently claimed that we somehow damaged the hotel phone (that we used many times to contact reception about various issues) and are trying to claim €200. Don't waste your time here, it is NOT in keeping with Hilton's pedigree.
