We checked in through the overnight vestibule as the lobby was closed at 3pm. Walking up the stairs to our room we noticed that the landing halfway up the stairs was missing and replaced with wood that bounced as we walked across it. Upon getting into our room we discovered that the doorframe was busted and cracked in multiple places, the carpet was dirty, the mirror had a substance splattered on it and there was feces in the toilet. We left for dinner and discussed our options and decided to return and check out, we could have asked for another room but after a very long day it was decided to stay elsewhere and just lose the cost of the room.

Absolutely filthy. Under-staffed.

Everything was broken; doors, locks, beds, etc. Filthy conditions, mold, sticky carpets, stained linens, etc. Trash overflowing around property, cigarette butts and beer bottle caps strewn all over property and in rooms

My experience was terrible. My truck and friskier was stolen right in front of the property. And upon checking out which I checked out on time the attendant wouldn't even let me sit in the lobby to make some phone calls knowing I had my vehicle stolen and I wasn't even from the state yet along the city. The in humane treatment like that the lack compassion was quite disgusting to me. I'll never ever be back and the hotel room the water was cold so I had to take a cold shower. Then their were hairs all over everywhere and a used eyelash fell out of my what was meant to be a clean towel. So even take the stolen property the room was dirty and the water was cold.

In our reservation we asked for a room on the first floor . When we got there there our room was to be on the secnd floor. I told the clerk we asked for first floor because my wife hd a recent knee replacement. The room they moved us to was so musty smelling we refused to stay there. The clerk was very understanding he canceled our reservation and said we would not be charged. We left and found a room in another motel.

This was the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever seen in my life. There was human and bedbug blood smeared and st.ained disgusting nasty blood drops all over the mattress all over the sheets. The place stunk so bad

The room we were in was very disgusting. Spreads on beds had stuff stuck to it. Stains on sheets. Menu in night stand was greasy and had remnants of food. Carpet was caked with something. Bathroom floor had muddy footprints. Even the trash can outside was overflowing onto the lawn and nobody seemed to be emptying it. They mowed the lawn AND the trash! The only thing good was that the lights had a motion sensor option. We stayed because it was cheap but never again.

the rooms not cleaned upon arrival and when they claimed the were cleaned there was still trash on the fllors bedding was stained as well

The tv was not working right. It hold go out. The breakfast was horrible

Trashy very unprofessional and unorganized falsely advertised then i received a room and once i got my key and went to my room their was someone already in the room and it was smoke filled

It was very clean, but the sheets were scratchy and the cooling unit barely worked at all.

This room was fine for my needs. It was very large. In fact it was almost a small apartment. My only complaint would be that the electricity was odd. Touch switches in the living room turned on slowly. The bathroom was on a motion sensor. Many of the electrical outlets were loose and didn’t work. As I said the room fit my needs and I would go back. It would be great if they worked on the ele

Outside there was garbage strewn about and painted metal surfaces were rusting. That should have been our first clue about what to expect inside. The room was filthy beyond belief. The rug was so dirty your feet turned black walking on it. There were grease and other stains on the bed and furniture and other hard surfaces were sticky. The bathroom was disgusting. Rust and mold around the the toilet and tub. I don't know when the last time the toilet was cleaned. Room was not made up after first night and amenities were never replaced. I was not expecting luxury accommodations but I couldn't wait to leave!

I came to this hotel after being turned away from a very crappy Hotel Not only was the 3rd Shift night lady very nice my room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay

We arrived late but were greeted by two staff members. They were out of singles but upgraded us to a king suite for free. The building layout is strange, as most of the rooms are in different buildings. This is probably not a big deal normally, but it was very cold that night and so it was frustrating for us to keep going outside to get to our room. The room was in decent shape but had some issues - maybe it was mid-way through a remodel? The towel rack was broken, and the sofa bed was in bad shape and missing sheets. The king bed was very nice, but one side of the bed was completely wet - not smelly, but wet. When we called to inform them, we were offered to switch rooms, which we declined due to the late hour. We could not sleep on the sofabed due to the poor condition and lack of sheets on it. We decided to flip the mattress over to have a place to sleep. We asked for dry sheets and blankets, but we had to go and get them ourselves (across the parking lot in a different building). We did fine after that, but it was a frustrating night overall. This place could be really nice, but it needs some work overall.

On the plus side, it is right next to highway 69 and many restaurants, but that's about all it has going for it. As a young female, I was terrified when I first walked in. The staff was interacting with who I'm guessing are other people staying in the hotel, all men who kept staring at me and making odd comments. I was first assigned a room that someone else was already in, that was awkward. When I went to switch, again with the staring and the comments. I ended up in a room finally that was very dirty with stains. The bed had tarp underneath it which not only was frightening to me, but also made noise any time I moved in the bed. The mattress felt like a boxspring, I did not sleep at all. Did not take a shower either because of a lack of soap and towels. I basically payed $XX to watch tv all night long. This place is probably acceptable for couples or families just looking for a place to rest during a long trip, but if you're a female by yourself, don't do it. I originally was into the fact that it had a continental breakfast, but after the experience I had thus far, I wasn't going to try it out. I just left. Will not come back unfortunately.

The first room I was put in smelled like mold and cat. I saw a piece of cat food on the floor and says pet friendly. I was wearing socks and the carpet was soaked near bathroom. Very disappointed and wasted 130 on 2 nights

Good value for your money although a challenge to locate at night .

First 3 minutes in the room we saw 2 bugs. Yes, it's a super 8, but we expect it to be clean! The floor was filthy, too!
