Unfortunately, I was not informed that the resort was undergoing renovations, and our family was very limited in what we could do. The person who handled the check-in (I didn't get their name) was very cold and unhelpful, only answering questions with a simple yes or no. The room we stayed in (Vacasa) was in terrible condition (missing towels and with the balcony very dirty with pigeon droppings). In short... we had to clean it ourselves and adapt, since we had paid and traveled a long distance (from Massachusetts). The phone support was useless, as they didn't resolve anything, and we were not contacted after check-out for any kind of apology or compensation. I don't believe we will return or recommend this place to anyone.
