Head out onto the open water for a snorkeling or diving tour or charter a boat for a fishing expedition you’ll never forget. Known as the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village”, the city has the largest and most elaborately equipped fishing fleet in the state of Florida!

Destin also has a wide variety of delicious restaurants to choose from, serving everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine. Set out on foot to explore the local dining options along with exciting shopping destinations, all just minutes from your front door. When you’re not relaxing on the beach, you can still beat the heat with a swim in the sparkling community pool. The shared barbeque area will give you the opportunity to cook up the day's catch from your charter fishing trip or grill up some burgers.

The home’s bright and spacious interior keeps the Gulf theme front and center from the balcony’s panoramic views to the chic coastal themed décor. The living room boasts ample space for connecting and creating lasting memories, with soaring vaulted ceilings, plush sofa and armchair seating, and a large TV perfect for hosting family movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences for preparing delicious meals right from home, with ample counterspace for preparation and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Snag a seat at the counter for a quick breakfast or to nosh on a spread of afternoon appetizers or gather the family at the dining table, seating 4 for formal meals.

This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and shared (with common area) ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, along with a TV and private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided upon arrival. No boats, trailers, or campers allowed.
• This is a third-floor unit. No elevator available.
• This unit will include complimentary beach service (2 chairs - 1 umbrella) from March - October.
