Nothing was unique. Maid service was not existent. The breakfast baffled me. We were the only guest then they put i family with a child right next to us. With the whole hotel empty.

After waiting for fifteen minutes to check in we were put in a nonsmoking room that smelled like a smokers’ lounge. Then they moved us to a room where the desk chair was broken, a light bulb was burned out, and the towels had not been cleaned — it was quite repulsive. We asked for a refund but were told we would have to wait three days to speak with the manager. Oh, and of course the desk staff person was not wearing a mask and made no offer to get one. We will never stay in this place again.

Unorganized. Very shady people were allowed to walk outside as well as inside the lobby for the majority of the night as they came amd left. Did not feel like myself or my proporties saftey was of any concern to this business or its staff

Overall a decent place. The complaints we have are there were dirty towels still hanging in our bathroom, the bath rug was dirty and we couldn’t check in until 9 PM which seems ridiculous. Staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was nice.

Loved seeing the Temple and the park like atmosphere out back through our window . However the dog barking in the next room at 6:00 am the next morning was not pleasant at all. Especially after being exhausted from our previous day of driving.

This is the second time for us in Le-ritz We r stopping for a trip to Yellowstone National Park It’s clean, comfortable and just walking to the green belt for Idaho Falls Nice location and everything

Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming - facilities were great and the room was clean and ready. I will remember this place and come again!

Could use some edge...behind the furniture cleaning but overall decent and great value
