The price was good.

I love the location, HOWEVER, the pool, hot tub, and ALL the ice machines were down for maintenance! There was cereal and waffles for free breakfast but no meat!

Remodeling was poor. Bathroom tub had mold growing in it.

They were under construction, so they were a little unorganized, but never nicer!!

No good

We stayed during a very slow time. I guess there were less than 10 guests in the motel the night we stayed. The lock on the door we were supposed to use to access the hallway to our room had a dead battery so we had to use a different door.. Our room wasn't cleaned- the keycard left by previous guest was on the desk, wet wash cloths were in the shower, hand towels were used. On the plus side,the bed was made, and was fairly comfortable, and shower was good.

Good location. Hotel is very outdated. Elastic on bedsheets was all stretched out and sheets would not stay on the bed. Mattress old. Hotel needs to modernize. TV was tiny. Definitely not worth the star rating given.

My family normally like to stay because you have a 24hrs pool, But it is no longer 24hrs. The room was outdated and the bathroom dirty and the shower head dirty. The front desk was very nice though he was getting pulled in 10 direction.

Location was great. Housekeeping was not well done. They had a shortage of towels. They also did not pay attention to how many nights I was staying so my key card did not work the second day and it was very inconvenient and took a lot of time to get that fixed.

Our room was not cleaned well (we found a toothbrush on the floor in the bathroom). We had no hot water for several hours due to a leak, but communication with the front desk was difficult, especially with the evening clerk who was not polite.

The Toilets wouldnt flush. I had temperature sensitive medication put it in refrigerator. The next day realized the frige was not working. Called front desk the n i pulled out fruge the power cord was wrapped around inside the back. Pulled out plugged it in worked great. All the lamps were unplugged. The TV stations were trash the screen picture faded in and out just a low class s place.

I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same but at least the room I got, was not worthy of the price I paid. The bathroom needs work, there’s mold and it looks like the ceiling just above the shower might have had water damage at one point. As you walk in, the room smelled humid but I think it’s the mold. Furniture really damaged, toilet seems like they don’t clean it throughly, neither as the shower tub and the shower curtain smelled moldy and had mold stains. Not satisfied with that room for my stay but I was so tired, I just wanted to rest and sleep.

This property is usually good. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door and the floor in the room was not clean. I tried to check in twice but no one came to the front!

Good area and good property for the price

We liked the location; it was easy to get to and good things near it. After check-in we went to the room. In our bathroom garbage was a used tampon just sitting in the trash. There was hair along the tub, wet spots & grim on the bathroom floor. The bath towels smelled funny; almost moldy smelly and were not very white at all. They were stained on a couple as well. Area where microwave & fridge sat were sticky & chipped all up. The staff we encountered were all VERY nice. The one house keeping lady we stopped in the hall to ask for a switch of towels & if she'd empty our garbage & she was SO NICE and happy to help! I'd indeed never pay much for this hotel. It was WAY better than the Super 8 or Quality Inn that we had friends at though, but it still is not a hotel that should charge very much. It could use updating and good old deep cleaning, redo things in the bathroom; tub even had what appeared to be moldy spots that didn't come off. Overall, it was okay to rest your head, but for sure not a high price value. I was disappointed.

My room had a coffee maker but they had no coffee for the rooms and the bathroom fan sounded like it was barely working and very noisy. I had a CPAP machine and I had to use an extension cord to run to the bed and the outlets I plugged into would not hold the plug as they were so worn out. I was using a new power cable and I had to brace the plug into the socket to make it work.

Star ratings vary and are based on what is offered. The hotel offers wifi, 24 hour front desk, in room TV, in room bathroom, in room phone and other things typically associated with a 3 star hotel.

Nathan, thank you for your feedback. We do have good front desk staff, and he works hard. The hotel is going to be undergoing renovation and remodel very soon. The hotel apologizes for the bathroom not being well cleaned.
